When my family contacted Hamp it was smooth sailing. Not only was everyone incredibly understanding and kind, but they had a list of recommendations for almost everything, they walked us through everything we needed to do with ease. In one day we had everything picked and ready to go, simply amazing. The funeral home itself is the best i've ever seen. Its spacious, its beautiful, there's even a coy pond out back you can check out. I'm happy and honored my grandmothers beautiful service could be held here. Not only was everything seamless, but they had water bottles out for everyone, they even had the priest stop in to give a wonderful prayer towards the end of the wake, this would have meant the world to my grandmother. Everyone who attended even said it was one of the most beautiful wake & funerals they have attended. On the day of the funeral, everyone was organized and helpful to make everything happen perfectly, it was truly a relief. My heart broke seeing the map with sections for unborn children and babies. I revisited my father's grave before I left Buffalo. I had to leave flowers for him and say a last goodbye. Lo and behold, deer prints by his headstone; did the deer he loved in his backyard follow him home? You can't even see the stones that are in the ground, because they're put in too deep, crooked, and get filled with snow, dirty water, leaves, etc.... It's never cleaned up. All the Christmas stuff is still there, a mess. I just can't stand this place !! There's always mud galore,everywhere. Where some high, thick boots if u need to come here. Bring a shovel to try to get rid of all the crap on top of your loved one's gravestone.
