The wonderful associate at Advantage EZ rental informed me that there was a service she can call to help me with my luggage and drop me off across the terminal. When "Z" came, he greeted me with a warm welcome that was able to bring my anxiety down from the morning I just had. I was a little worried about how am i going to manage walking all the way to the terminal with 2 large luggage, a carry on, and a extra small one on top of that. Z went above and beyond! He not only took me to the drop off point, the then grabbed a cart loading it up with my luggage, walking me in to the ticket counter to make sure I was able to get a flight, then accompanied to the TSA line!!! He was so accommodating that i never had to carry one of them that whole time. The light conversation and excellent customer service...I couldn't thank him more. I DEFINITELY recommend using their services and asking for Z. There no set price for services, they do accept tips. Z recieved the highest tip I have ever given because he not only did he help with my belongings, but provided some positive energy when needed from the morning I had. I do know that in mid August their shop was flooded and they lost many things that took a month or so to get sorted out...maybe that had something to do with the disruption (again, just a guess)... I had them out in mid August to get a bid (they got me one within a day or two).... we committed the first part of September (deposit) and our kitchen was completed the third week of November. There is a lead time that is necessary - they order the door fronts custom. Once they are received they paint/stain them in their shop and allow them to cure. They schedule one kitchen a week for installation. They told me a month ahead of time, when my week would be and they kept their word. I was very pleased with the end result and it was about the same price as hiring a painter to do a professional painting job and I had alot less mess and time out of my kitchen.
