I asked about extra services and was told that since it was going to be such a busy weekend that he wouldn't need anything, and she talked me out of the extras. When I picked him up, I was shocked at how badly he smelled of urine. There is no doubt that they just left him to lay in his own urine the whole time I was gone. The smell was so bad that I had to drive home with the windows down and then took him straight into the shower when we arrived. I don't know if he got any attention or if he was actually let out at all. The urine smell suggests that he wasn't. They could have done so much better. I would not recommend that anyone leave their pets here.

I came here for three reasons: 1) I have a dog that pulls on the leash and she was able to fit my corgi properly with a harness (because I was certain I was doing it wrong.) and she gave me tips and encouragement to continue training for better behaviors. 2) I am super picky about ingredients in dog food and treats and she was able to give me a ton of insight to confirm my research and suggest some things to pay attention to. 3) Lastly, my dog is a chewer and I have been scared that most options out there have the risk of tooth breakage.
