From phone call to appt the wait was a week which I found impressive after how long the waits were for established patients where we just moved from (WV). From the first phone call to check out it was a great experience! Everyone was SO friendly! We were led into the exam room within just a couple minutes of arriving. They drew the blood needed for the heartworm etc testing right there in the exam room and did the exam and vaccinations in there too. The previous vet took them out of the room and away from us which I do not care for. Everyone was so friendly and explained things thoroughly and patiently and pleasantly answered our questions. Price wise they did require a deposit for the exam on the phone, but overall the pricing was very fair and much more reasonable than we paid in TX or WV. Very happy to have found our new vet!

He had some type of growth which looked more like a Keloids. It needed to be removed and they were amazing. From the front of the house people like Nalea helped us get my buddy into the office. Right at 0800 in the morning from Maplewood to Forest Lake. These people care and they are just like family. The office is super clean. The property is immaculate I thought Jesus was going to pop out of this slice of heaven. The grounds are free of poo and trash. The inner rooms when your seated working with the doctors and staff in back are really relaxing especially on the hard days when your little buddies are with you. Could use some cushions for people like me without asses man they get sore after a while. I told them of how tight my budget was because we just had a sewer line break which cost us around 10,000 in cash because our property was paid for. So its not like we could add it to a mortgage. They actually saved me 100 dollars which right now being disabled. Was so freaking cool. I can not thank them enough for everything. They will have my gratitude for a long long long time. Matter of fact my step mother has moved her little buddy Blue and my step sisters cat Gracie over to the Vet's office. They just do not know I got them the business until today. When my girl Ruby left us a couple years ago they were so amazing that we had to keep Russell going there. Even thought it breaks our hearts to walk by the room Ruby last was they are amazing Vets. Also Some of the staff there are former Military Service members. Who would not want to support our Vets along with the Vets Huh like the word play... Nalea tell that person I said How yeah doing Huh? Now the Staff they are so friendly and make your pet go with them at ease. Russell does not like to leave our side but He enjoys spending time with all the ladies in the back getting belly rubs He told me. In short they saved him from pain and agony. They worked him in within less then a week for the operation. They worked with my budget due to life's events. They did not drug my buddy up and he seems to be doing amazing. He had been happy and giving kisses more then ever.

My Witty girl is a 1.5 year old service dog who deserves "lotsa love "when having to be groomed and thank goodness we found the right spot for her. They are attentive, fast, and definitely listen to how we want her groomed with of course giving lotsa love! The shop is clean and has enough room.
