The staff here are always outstanding and so kind. If you have never done self service wash they are very helpful to get you started and educated to recommend what your pet may need. In our case our pup has been having some itch/sensitive skin and they helped us choose the right shampoo to give him some relief. I think the cost was about $16. Ok to just walk in. It is a fun experience to try, but if you have pain in your lower back this may not be the activity for you and I recommend just paying more to have them do a full service for you. read more

I have lived very close to this location for about a year and a half now and just finally made it in. I love the concept of a self-serve dog wash. I have washed my dogs at home and the hair and mess sucks (not to mention the clogged drains...ugh). I came into Wag N Wash on a Sunday morning at open with my two dogs. I have a pretty high-strung border collie and a mini American shepherd who is pretty shy. I have always washed my border at home and my mini gets professionally groomed about twice a year and is otherwise washed at home. Going in, I knew my border may not be a fan. It was pretty packed at open so I walked in with my mini as my husband waited outside with our other pup. The attendant at the front assured me that I could go straight back into the self-wash station and someone would help me. I then called in my husband and we brought our dogs back. The person at the self-wash station explained to me the process and asked what type of wash I wanted. They have at least three options, ranging from $16-25 in price. The different lies in some of the shampoos and treatments. Since it was my first time in, I elected to do the basic wash. The tubs for the dogs are very large and there is a little slip to help hold your dog in place. The worker explained how everything worked and I got started. At first, both dogs were not having it and were whining. I can't blame them...this was a new place AND they were being bathed. Eventually, they calmed down a bit but were still pretty vocal. Next, I went to the drying station and noticed that only about two of them had hoses and worked. This was super frustrating because I had already gotten my border into the drying area and hooked her up and when I asked the employee how to work the dryer she said that a lot of the times they are out of order and to try a different one. The only other working drying was next to another dog getting dried, so to ensure I didn't stress my border out even more, I took her to the car. I was able to blow dry my mini a bit, but the air was cool and he was not having it. I think it would be very helpful to have an out of order sign so you know before you set up in the drying station that the dryer does not work. I paid about $36 for two dogs, which isn't awful, but I didn't get the most out of my experience since my border was not having it. I was able to give some info like my email and phone number so after my 8th wash, I will get a free one. That is a nice perk. Overall, the concept is great. My dogs got clean. However, there is not a lot of space between separate tub and dryer areas, so if your dog is nervous around other dogs or anxious, I would advise against coming here-at least during busy times like right after open. I also think out of order signage would be great for the drying area. I will likely not bring my border back, but I could see myself bringing my mini in between his biannual grooms. read more

Perfect place to wash pups! I love coming here for bathing dogs. They have everything you need (and more!) in one place! The wash bays are big enough for my large doggos. The water hose provides varying pressure levels and keeps the pup warm. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels are all provided. I even got to wear an apron to keep me dry! Lastly, they even have a "dry bar" where you get to blow dry your dogs fur. There are varying price levels, and I just did the basic wash (yes-that was all included in the basic wash!) Celebrating the pups 6 month/half birthday, I got him a pup cake. They have a small bakery section for dogs, too! He sure did love the cupcake and was so happy the rest of the night! A fresh bath and a pup cake, what's better!? If you do go here for a wash, be sure to grab the punch card! For every ten washes, you get one free! I always use this place to give my dog a bath and occasionally I ask the groomer to clip my German Shepherd's nails. They have always been able to get me in. The tubs are big and self-contained and clean. There are multiple wash options with varying prices. I prefer the ones with separate bottles of shampoo rather than the machine dispensed shampoo. They make a better lather and I think my dog gets cleaner with those. I've purchased a variety of items from treats to dog beds here and I've always been satisfied. First couple times I took my dog here to get his nails done the groomers were amazing. They knew what they were doing and very professional. The floors in the self bathing area are very slippery and there is no mat for your dog to jump out on. I had a big towel for my dog because he is 160lb so I laid it on the floor for him to get out on. When he stepped off the towel, all four legs splayed out to the side and he hit in his tummy hard. Why would you put a slippery floor throughout your building? It wasn't just my dog slipping, every dog that left the bathing room struggled on the slippery floors all the way up to the register. Best groomer in the area for my huge goldendoodle - and that is not something I say lightly. As it were. He's usually super irritated after grooming, especially around his nether areas, but he has no issues at all after his grooming here. They also have the only self-serve washing stations in the area. Affordable and excellent quality. Last but not least: the bakery!!! It smells amazing in there and my dog can't get enough of their baked treats. Just got my hounds back from Wag N' Wash and I couldn't be more pleased. Groomed beautiful with wonderful attention to inner ears. I have a poodle and Labradoodle and have been taking them to groomers for the past 12 years. My poodle even suffered recurrent seizures at a previous groomer until I realized something was amiss. Tired of young inexperienced groomers cutting my hounds and trimming their toenails so close they bled. I highly recommend this place, gentle professional groomers with years of experience. My anxiety prone poodle was so calm and anxious doodle so relaxed. We come in for the self service wash stations. The tubs are perfect size for our chocolate retriever. Depending on the wash you choose, you get different types of shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and a spray for after. You are also provided a towel. The hose in the tub sprays perfectly to get the hair rinsed all the way out. After you are done with washing the dog you can use one of their drying stations. Worst service ever. Owner has no understanding of customer service. We went in for a groom and came back to talk about the issues afterwards. We had to take our dog into the vet due to injuries caused by the groomer (cuts, burns and soft tissue damage). Not to mention the terrible job on the grooming itself. Vet told us what they did was completely wrong and that we should talk to them. From the first minute, the owner was defensive and did not want to hear our side of the story or what the vet said. He told us he gets complaints all the time and that the customer is NEVER right. He told us he hopes we NEVER come back. I was so surprised to hear that. An owner of a business should be wanting to make his customers happy. Instead he said that people complain all the time and that he tells them they are wrong. How does a place like this stay in business? Help small business owners by using someone else who cares about the pets and their customers. For an owner who says we were wrong he was quicks to pay us to get out of his store. They shaved a shitzu to nothing. read more

My daughter and I went to wash our 50 plus lb. dog Teddy last Saturday. We had a great experience. The people there were very helpful and had all needed supplies, including different size brushes and plenty of towels. For the price it was definitely easier then bathing him at our home.
