The water hose provides varying pressure levels and keeps the pup warm. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels are all provided. I even got to wear an apron to keep me dry! Lastly, they even have a "dry bar" where you get to blow dry your dogs fur. There are varying price levels, and I just did the basic wash (yes-that was all included in the basic wash!) Celebrating the pups 6 month/half birthday, I got him a pup cake. They have a small bakery section for dogs, too! He sure did love the cupcake and was so happy the rest of the night! Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there.
