My family and I attended this location last night 12/20/2025 around 10pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant when we arrived while waiting on our drinks all the employees sit on the counter and talked about how to make crack, cocaine, and what the ingredients were and we're being loud and obnoxious little to say we never got to order our food.We ended up leaving and going somewhere else after sitting there waiting for almost 20 minutes. I'm giving it one star only because that's the lowest it will let me give it really deserves a zero. read more

I came in to this waffle house so excited to eat! I was immediately turned off when I walked in and two servers that were working at the time, they were braiding each other's hair in the kitchen.( They didn't even wash their hands, they went back in the kitchen, and continue on their day) So I immediately went to the other side and told my boyfriend that I would just would ignore it but I don't want either one of them as my server. We did get our server he was a new guy and he was very nice. However, the all star order was completely wrong. I received every item on different plates at different times so some food was hot some was cold! Everyone was standing in the kitchen by our table on our phones and some not having gloves on. I tried to ignore it all. Then I ate some of the food that was edible, because my waffle was burnt and cripsy. The lady was too busy on her phone and burnt my whole waffle. I am trying to be respectful to everyone, but they weren't busy so it wasn't any reason for the service and the food to be so bad. We left and I immediately felt sick. Come for the waffles, stay for the waffles. One of the best waffle experiences I've had. Only exception, the chocolate chip waffles are not cooked in the batter. They are sprinkled on. That's a rookie move. Other than that, the waitress was super nice and accommodating. She made the experience extremely pleasant. I am so mad my greedy butt didn't take pics. I ALWAYS get the All star breakfast but never order to go. I decided to stop and get breakfast because it's been a stressful couple of days. I started to order my usual but at the last minute changed it to t-bone steak and eggs. It's Waffle house so my expectations were low. $11 and change, ehh whatever, it's Waffle House. I ordered my steak medium rare, ehhh whatever, it's Waffle House. Anywayyyy i get home and look at my steak, it's a good size, looks pretty good. Cut into it....OK WAFFLE HOUSE! My steak was ACTUALLY med rare!!! Do you know how many times I have sent back a steak because it wasn't med rare?!!! It was juicy but just needed a bit more salt. Overall my breakfast was pretty tasty. Customer service was on point. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a server. I appreciate him not making me wait to take my order while he was doing something behind the counter, he took my order while still doing whatever. He was through and friendly. We enjoy eating here as there is a full menu of breakfast as well as non breakfast items. This is one of the few restaurants open 24 hours locally. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. They check on you often and keep your drinks filled. We dine in as well as take out and have had decent experiences. We've been all different times of the day from Christmas morning to a random Tuesday. Even if they are busy, they get people in and out pretty quick. On Christmas morning the seats were full and there were people waiting for their food to go. It still only took about 20 minutes to get our food and everyone was still very chipper and polite. We love that the food is cooked pretty fast. We place an order for pick up and by the time we get there, it's ready. read more

First I called before leaving home and was put on hold. I drove there while still on hold (17 minutes) then placed my order. 2 All-Star Specials. One with a blueberry waffle and the other pecan. I asked that the blueberry waffle be re-made due to it being over cooked. ]I was told they were out of waffle mix!!!! Which explains why my pecan waffle isn't completely round. SMH read more

One couple and a gentleman in front of me with the same all star meal. An hour wait for it to be missing my sausage Patties. The cook is yelling and screaming and can't even get the orders right. An hour wait for an all star when the store is empty Is unacceptable.For an hour wait I would expect it to at least be right. I'm a regular but after this I will never return to this location.I'm missing food but not going back because I know it won't be worth the wait the couple ahead of me had to have theirs redone multiple times. let's not forget the in house orders all had their food though I had been sitting there waiting long before them. read more

I decided to visit this waffle house the day after I ran the Peachtree Road Race and redeem my free waffle coupon. I have not been to a Waffle House in years, but I was pretty excited about my waffle! I also decided to order a cup of coffee. My experience here was probably the best I have ever experienced at a waffle house, so if you are in the Southside area, choose this one over all the rest. My server was super sweet and kept my coffee refilled. She even made me one to-go. My waffle was was made quickly, cooked perfectly, and served with warm syrup. Almost every time that I ordered a waffle in the past, it would come out doughy and undercooked or burnt and overcooked. This was just right and just what I needed on my recovery day. I came in at 2:30 a.m. I was the only customer and I got excellent service from Danielle and Valanti. As soon as I walked in, I recognized that this was the cleanest waffle house I had ever seen. Valanti took care of me with great service and speed. It was a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere (Even though these ladies were continuing to work hard). My food was made delicious and fast and as I starting to eat the ladies start cleaning the already impeccable restaurant. GREAT WORK ETHIC! The level of customer service was highly exceptional as they gave me conversation while attending to my food needs, ALSO WHILE cleaning this emaculent restaurant. The overachieving work of Valanti and Danielle is what people should come to this waffle house for and why this location gets a 5/5 stars. Good work! read more

I frequent this place during the week, and the 2PM-9PM shift has two great employees who have been working since the restaurants opening. The waiter is friendly and good with the usual waiter stuff (refills, service, etc.) and the cook there is very experienced and expedient. The usual Waffle House cuisine is good, and I've never had a problem with not liking any of the good. Its a mess on the weekends especially right after church hours, when they get absolutely slammed with business. Expect to wait for a table if you go during those times. I sometimes have to be at work early and decided I'll grab some food to go today 4/28/21 got here at exactly 5:37am and the cooks were in the parking lot chatting while the one waitress was inside counting her tips. The door was locked and of course I knocked on the window only to be told they were closed. WTH you're 24 hours and you're all available to work. This pissed me off because when I called to complain at 6:06 the lady that answered lied and said they were opened. Janie was not a good waitress at all. Her attitude was bad. Not pleasant at all. She didn't get my man's order correct, nor my sisters. The coffee was very weak. Not the cleanest waffle house. Alot of goofing off in this place by the employees... Food came out ok. My over medium egg was overcooked. Had to remake it. Otherwise, everything else was prepared well. Hot. The employees need to improve on their professional behavior as it is very disrupting to the customers and we don't get paid for waiting while their goofing off. Came in for Sunday breakfast 7/21 at 12pm and sat in the 2 middle high top seats with my daughter. Only person that acknowledged us was Dylan the door guy. Fan of WH...consistent food usually. When I order an omelette I do prefer light oil and 3 out of 4 times they can accomplish this. Unfortunately it appeared to be extra oil today, used 7 to 8 napkins to soak up the greese. Oh well, maybe their training program needs some updating. This is my go to waffle house. It's near my house, the staff is nice and it is clean. The food is always yummy! The only negative about this Waffle House, is that it can get crowded and the wait can get long on weekend mornings. You don't expect much from a Waffle House. I've always joked that the things WH waitresses do would get them crucified at any semi-busy seated restaurant. This morning was actually a shock to my group and I. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch a coworker's hair with them. Take off your own hat and wipe your brow with them. Walk around the counter and pick up the dirtiest thing in the restaurant - a small child, embrace it, then return to work with the same gloves. At the counter perpendicular to ours, a waitress continued to ignore a pile of dishes, making a member of our party wait for a table. She continued to ignore them, sitting down in front of the growing pile to duck down and sneak pieces of food of her friend's plate (her friend was a paying customer). Tha manger came out from the back a few times. He did nothing but fill the ice machine. Out of about a dozen employees, our waitress seemed to be the only one doing something work related the entirety of our stay. We tipped her well, but now that I've had a few hours to think about it, I would really like my eleven dollars back. read more
