Tiffany did an exceptional job at waitressing. 10/10. She was sweet, attentive, kind, and you could see she's a very hard working person. This was only my second experience at a Waffle House. It was memorable. We picked the best one we could possibly pick. On the particular day that we went there were more Waffle House employees than customers. This was due to the fact that corporate was in town and training employees. We pretty much got the best of the best in service, food and drama. It was fun watching the entire experience as we saddled up to the counter. The employees were ridiculously friendly and a blast. I ordered a bowl, which was delicious and the most expensive and biggest thing on the menu. I couldn't finish it all and my boyfriend had to step in. He knew he would need to step in, so he ordered something a little smaller. This review was a 5 because of the hustle and bustle of corporate being there and the experience as a whole. Just came up here and ordered 2 all stars and double hash browns and as well as the hash brown bowl . The hasbrowns was thin thin and burnt . I've never seen somthing like this before . Also my lettuce was the hard white pieces it wasn't even green . read more

I am not a big waffle House guy. It is just greasy and not worth the money to me. I would prefer to go to many different late night establishment to feed the drunk in me at 2 am. Steak and shake would be more preferred to me and my friends. I will still give waffle House a three because I do like ot, it is just not my favorite. Carry out only??? What? I know it's COVID-19 but that's ridiculous when it's open during the day. We were there after midnight. We did not choose carry out so I cannot tell you how the food is. As we were walking in the one with a mask said carry out only. There was another lady on there counting money and didn't have a mask on. There was a guy sitting down with no mask on. read more

5/19 Hubby's first trip to a Waffle House! I hadn't been to one in over twenty years. Every time we see one in our travels, they're always packed. We got a later start this day so we swung over to try them out. The menu has a lot of good things to choose from. My husband ordered the All-American breakfast which was a little bit of everything - eggs, hash browns, a waffle, sausage... I'm sure I'm leaving something out. I ordered hash browns with sausage broken up over them smothered in cheese. I swear it was called a hash brown bowl or something. I can't find it on their online menu, though. I can tell you that sucker was YUM-MY. Our son ordered the kid's one egg meal. It came with a huge side of hash browns and two slices of toast. The food was fantastic and our server was as sweet as could be. We were there during cleaning hour, though, evidently. Someone was spraying the kitchen floor down with water and soap in front of us and then a young woman mopped the floor behind us turning the tile floor into a virtual skating rink. That probably would have been fine but there were people crashing dishes into tubs and there was only one other guy in the restaurant! Then the folks who weren't cleaning were trying to stand out of the way ended up lined up in front of us so it felt like we were being watched. It was just weird. It was just one of those one-off experiences that we'd probably never run into again. The service was good and so was the food. We'll definitely visit another Waffle House next time we venture south. read more

Waitress and cook were outside nodding off while I waited inside to be served... could've taken the registers and left and they'd never know. They couldn't do full sentences and staggered when they moved to go to a car passenger window to get something from another employee. read more

Good food. Place could use a good cleaning. Waitress was real friendly but either kept forgetting our food or was bringing it out one item at a time, over time. We eventually got all of our food then the coffee creamer was actually lumpy. Asked for a new coffee and it never came. Good food though. read more

I often find myself at this Waffle House simply because it's convenient, quick, & well-priced. Service is always great, & some of the best "Waffle House" cooks work there. I don't know why Waffle House left omelets off their menus the last time they were printed, but they are still available; just ask. Actually, the cheese omelet is my favorite dish, along with grilled onions, which again, just ask. I've never had any requests denied. Coffee is some of the best around, their tea is great, & naturally, the waffles nearly melt in your mouth. They offer lunch & dinner items, but I can never resist breakfast, so I can't really judge the other meals. Since a real effort has been made to keep the restaurant clean, the only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that I don't know about all the meal types. read more

I stopped in to have breakfast before getting back on the road during my drive back to NY. I was greeted by the crew when I walked in. I had never eaten in a Waffle House before, I mentioned this to my waitress and she gave me several suggestions for what to order. I ended up with a regular waffle, bacon and hash browns with onions. My boyfriend and I use to visit this Waffle House quite often around 10 at night. About 6 months ago or so we visited and had the worst experience as one lady employee was having an argument over who was going to be our waitress. Yesterday my best friend from florida was in town and we went into this same establishment where this lady still works and she was having yet another argument with employees. They were having shift change and it was already chaotic but I don't know if I'll ever busy again considering they still employee someone who can't be professional when customers are trying to have a peaceful dining experience. read more

This is probably the worst waffle house i've ever been to. We came in and were ignored for literally 10 minutes even though there was seven workers in the kitchen and what looked like their boss or manager(there were only two other customers besides us who already had their food btw). We got our food 20 minutes after ordering and the waffles were burnt. The sweet tea tasted old, and we didn't even get everything we had asked for. One of the workers was blasting music on his speaker which was obviously pretty annoying at that point. Our total didn't add up to what we got at all, and she wouldn't give us our check so either she added stuff on or just gave us the wrong one, i'm not sure. I came a few months before this and everything was great so I have no idea what happened to this place but this experience was pretty bad. Stick to the one in valley station. read more

We stop on our way to Nashville on Christmas Day. They were busy but seemed to have enough help. Our waitress Misty took our order prompty but never came back until I ask some one what happen to our drinks. Then she brought the order. My eggs were cold and I got plastic tomatos which she did replace with hash browns! My wife finally got her waffle which was hot because it had been lost and had to be remade. I wanted more jelly and coffee but did I ever hear from Misty again, no! When I went to pay I had to beg a server to take my money who seemed to think I should not bother her and rudely told to me that they were busy! I like Waffle House -- a lot -- but I didn't particularly enjoy my experience at THIS Waffle House. My slow, confused server was a major problem, and she messed up several parts of a simple order. First, she complained that I asked for coffee because none was made and she therefore had to make some. When I relented, she assured me that the coffee would only take two minutes and would bring it right over. I then asked for a water, which I never received, and watched as she made food for herself instead of making my coffee. When my dinner came I reminded her of the coffee I requested and she brought it. The food was good. No complaints there. The waitress never checked on me because she was eating her own meal RIGHT NEXT TO ME, leaving another waitress to pick up my plates and cash me out at the register. I would have had a much better experience if I had the other waitress, I am sure, but the one I had made me regret my experience. read more
