I've never been around such an immature and uncleanly set of staff than what I just experienced at this Waffle House location. A young woman named Kendall in particular was exceedingly hateful, loudly cussing and rudely talking about customers right in front of them. My grandparents and I wanted to come in for some breakfast, and when every place we tried sitting looked filthy, we were a little irritated, but in no way did we portray this or begin acting rude. Once we sat at the counter, there were menus lining it, and there were each covered in food remnants and syrup. So naturally, we got them out of our way and set them up on their napkins dispensers, as most people do at almost every other Waffle House location. A few minutes later, they fell over and our waitress scoffed "that's why they stay on the bar." As IF they didn't need to be cleaned anyways, and it was that big of an inconvenience to her. This made the entire time we spent there super awkward. I have worked in food service, I've seen rude and hangry people in my work places before. My grandparents and I were the furthest thing from that, yet we were treated close to scum because of our irritations surrounding THEIR inability to do their job and maintain a clean restaurant. After paying and even being generous enough to still tip, we were very sarcastically told to have a good day, and as the door began closing behind us, the childish Kendall worker thought it was necessary to announce "it's people like that!" People like what? People who like to eat without touching other people's mess that you were too lazy to clean up? It was absolutely unnecessary and it's a sad reminder than even young women can be hateful and nasty with no reason to be. Even if their paycheck depends on it! Absurdity. If you guys end up reading this review, you should seriously try to do better. You made a simple breakfast with my grandparents extremely uncomfortable for no reason at all, congratulations. read more

WOW! Shane, our waiter, and Martino the cook are both so nice. Our food was over the top good. Martino stepped it up and every single thing we ordered was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We ate way too much but thoroughly enjoyed each & every bite. YUMMO! Plus, everything was tidy and clean. This location is far from us but we are definitely making the drive again, gonna be sure Martino is cooking and Shane is working too. read more

We stopped here before leaving on a 12-hour road trip back home from vacation. Service and food were phenomenal. We were seated immediately and didn't have to wait. My coffee was good and so were my hashbrowns all the way. The restrooms were clean. We got our food hot and fast. Very happy with the service. read more

The food and service was awful. The waitress never smiled and was rude at best. I ordered a cheese omlette. A slab of cheese was thrown on the eggs and never really cooked through. The Hash browns were chewy and not crisp. I won't go beck again. It was a new cook and the food was terrible. read more

We stopped here at 6am for Breakfast. No welcome, no direction and it was freezing cold in there. We asked the waitress why it's so cold and her answer was "we can't touch it". Then the radio went on extremely loud and we asked her to turn it down a little. She responded "I can try", which she did not. The cook told us at the end that the other side of the restaurant was a little warmer (wish the waitress would have told us). I had a wonderful experience here for breakfast! I was greeted and directed by a smiling young man who spoke clearly and sat me down with a coffee!! The waitress was great and I got my food fast! I had asked for my bill and a kind stranger had taken care of it! I was in there for about 20 minutes but it started my day off great despite having a really bad hangover! read more
