Me and my husband always come here for breakfast. Keep in mind The best times to come are weekday mornings as it's 11am here and there's barely anyone, so service is fast. Sunday mornings/ afternoons are extremely busy here it's definitely not worth the wait and because it's busy the service usually isn't as good since the servers are under pressure. read more

My husband and I visited this Waffle House for the first time today, and we had an awesome experience due to the friendly and professional staff. I have frequented waffle houses since infancy and I believe this to be the smoothest operating Waffle House I have come across. They really have their line in order. Our server Monique is a joy. She's so sweet and attentive. She helped our day get off to a great start. I manage a restaurant in Kennesaw and was really paying attention to how they were operating, and I was so impressed with how they run their line that I'm hoping to implement some of their technique on my line. As a regular who eats at this Waffle House alone and with family multiple times a week on average, I've found that experiences vary greatly depending on your server, but the food is generally always well-made. A few waitresses are a bit off-putting and seem perpetually irritable, but for the most part, they're pleasant older ladies who have a penchant for remembering your regular orders and make sure you get them as snappy as they can. Best of all, they're usually perfectly happy to throw on a fresh cup of decaf coffee for me, which I always appreciate. My only real complaint is the occasional lack of cleanliness. I often receive dirty silverware and plates, but it's usually a quick fix with a new set, so overall, it's a place I'm quite content frequenting. read more

First the one con I can think of....usually very crowded during normal breakfast times, and especially on weekends. If you go at 10-11am on a Sunday expect a good wait. It has 6 booths, 6 counter seats, and an additional 4 counter seats at the end of the booth section. Last time I went I was lucky enough to go straight to the counter and then I soon counted the 21 people that were waiting for a table. Uggg. But, the food is good. The pros. New and clean. Once you get seated the service is good. My drink is always full. It did take longer than normal last time I went, but I don't blame the staff...they were incredibly busy and packed. Not the greasy WF I remember before I moved to Georgia. Much better. I now choose the WF over Ihop or any other breakfast place. Grits are awesome, hash browns are...well, awesome WF hash browns. Eggs cooked the way I like them. Yeah, you can still see the typical workers taking smoke breaks if you look out back...at least it's not on the side in plain view. If you get cold easily, take a jacket because in the summer they crank the AC. read more

Cannot hang out in Georgia without making a stop at a Waffle House. This is your typical cookie cutter Waffle House. Servers here are friendly, patient, and helpful. I enjoyed their hash browns and pecan waffles. The food was fresh and tasty. They are open 24 hours and lots of parking outside. read more

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. We were expecting a busy after church crowd but got instant service as soon as we sat down. I would definitely come back for breakfast other other than my usual fast food fare. read more

shittest service ever. me and my boyfriend called for takeout and first of all, they told us they couldn't take orders over the phone right now and told us to come in to order, okay. we asked for 2 burgers with egg, cheese, and bacon ON TEXAS TOAST. after waiting, we got home and noticed there were no patty's on either of the sandwiches. we went back up there and explained what was wrong and we explained AGAIN what we needed. after waiting again, got home, STILL NOT MEAT PATTY. we went up there AGAIN and talked to the lady that took the order the 2nd time, she was the only one who seemed to care. the other lady that looked like a crackhead, was like "oh the meat patty is right there" OBVIOUSLY they do NOT know what they're doing. would not recommend at all. read more

Terrible experience ever at a Waffle House location! Came here last night to have dinner after trick-or-treating with my kiddo and had to wait 5 minutes for a table to be bussed, 10 minutes to get our drink, 10 minutes to place our order for food, waited 20-25 minutes to finally get 'ALL' of our food, (mine came out first, then my husbands, and then finally our kiddos food. No child should ever be served last and served cold food!) terrible presentation of our food on our plates, (I didn't order anything sausage and yet, had chunks of sausage on my plate, my sandwich was supposed to have onions on it, had to ask for them which I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get them, husbands food looked like pig slop.) husband waited 20 minutes for a refill on his drink, server was terrible and could honestly care less about any of her guests she was serving, and never got our ticket in order to cash out. I will never be returning to this location ever again. I'll stick to my side of town if I ever want Waffle House again. So all in all, our total of time spent here was almost 1 1/2 hours. That's an average table time for a group that wants to sit there and chat. Unfortunately, all we wanted was a quick bite to eat and head home. read more

I am an admitted Waffle House geek and frequent many Waffle Houses all over the Southeast. Hands down, this is the best overall Waffle House I have ever been to. Of course, like all Waffle Houses, they have limited tables and limited grill space. So, if they are busy, it's going to take a little more time. However, if you think about it, there's a REASON they are busy...it's because they are GOOD! This is hands down one of the most consistently clean Waffle Houses (latest health inspection score is a 99) and they have solid team of staff who work hard for their customers. They got a new manager just over a year ago and the team has gotten better and stronger ever since. I always tell my friends for me it's always "breakfast/dinner and a show". Sitting at the high counter in the middle is the best seat in the house to watch the show! You won't be disappointed and you will be entertained with good folks, good service and good food! read more
