Great experience. Right off I90. Surprised by the space inside. Service was quick and friendly. Breakfast was served very hot and fresh. No heat lamps here. Great taste. Worth a quick stop when traveling.

After seeing the reviews I was skeptical...but I was genuinely surprised with the wonderful experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. My waitress was the sweetest, she kept conversing and checking up on me but not to the point where I felt overwhelmed. The food was even better, the waffles were fluffy and the hash browns were crisp but not burnt. The ambiance of the place was very homey, the waitress's were signing and dancing to the songs on the radio and the hospitality was wonderful.

Well we came in and we sit at the low bar. I just like a chair. Our waitress is very grumpy and detached this morning. Makes for a very "DULL" visit. She said she is in her own world.. ok so snap out of it. Not much eye contact today I guess. Kalea is her name So we ordered our standards Cheesy eggs, raisin toast with grits, bacon & 2 poke chop breaky for the boy. It has been quite a while since we have been to one. Ok okay... she slowly came around and started talking to us haha. We put a quarter in her! She talked to us the while time we ate. Her District manager was here today cooking... hence the sour puss act. But she's fine now. Regular cook off today. We enjoyed our food. Now time to head to Rochester!

Waffle House is a chain that you can find all over - the south. The old joke in my family is that you know you've made it down south when you encounter your first Waffle House. Until this one, the furthest north I've even ecountered a WH is in Indianapolis. No matter. It's here and I was hungry. Imagine my surprise to check in on Yelp and have it tell me it's my second login. Darn it, I remember now, a few years ago when it was the only thing on this interchange! Hours are limited during the Covid19 hoopla, and menus are nowhere to be found. (You have to ask.) Or better, scan the QR code and read it on your phone. (Try reading my picture of the QR code, it worked for me!) And guess what? It's a typical Waffle House. (If you're from Milwaukee, think "George Webb" as it's along those lines.) It's short order, it's predictable, and it's reliably average. Wait staff is usually a hoot, often when they're not trying to be. Read the name badges, my server was Dana Lou Who. (Cindy Lou's sister? I didn't ask.) If you sit at the counter, you can watch your meal being made. Meals are prepared with assembly line precision and misnakes seldom...er...mistakes sometimes happen but are quickly corrected. I saw two waffles overcooked to a level that in a steak would be called beyond well done. They were like Frisbees and got Frisbeed right into the trash. :) I ordered a pecan waffle (my usual) and it was just fine. If you look closely, you can even read the Waffle House logo in the center of the waffle. It's served with "Whipped Spread" which, to a guy from Wisconsin, is a sacrilege but it is what it is - mostly chemicals with "Milk" added as a disclaimer. Oh, well. It's mostly water, it spreads quickly and melts just as quickly. Syrup is served in a real pouring jar, not some pre-packaged, portion controlled, plastic bin like the place across the street. As DuPont used to say, "Better living through chemistry" with chemical names I can't pronounce, anyway. Good coffee, too. I've been known to stop at Waffle House along the way for a cup of Joe to go. Now I wonder how many times I have to check in here to become a regular - or the Duke. (Dream on.)

Great homestyle breakfast. The Waffle House make it feel like your at home eating in your own kitchen.

I'm giving this place a 3 only because of the food, which was excellent. The waitress on the other hand was very unfriendly. Cyndi showed no interest in being there. She sat in a booth in the corner, only coming out when necessary. Her appearance looked filthy. We stop here all the time but now I wonder!

Don't have a location where I live so when the opportunity arises I stop. Had breakfast there this morning. Great breakfast!!! They even gave my stepdad a 10% military veteran discount. Just wish there was a location where I live!!!

I know Waffle House is a chain, but this location specifically is always fresh and the waitresses are friendly. I made it a thing to stop here when coming from Buffalo to visit Cleveland and usually order the cheeseburger and a waffle. They have peanut butter chips as a topping now too, which I recommend!

    Makin' my meal.

Waffle House is the BEST breakfast restaurant in the United States. Fantastic hot coffee. Delicious waffles. Hash Browns made to your order in a variety of ways. They can be crowded in the early morning so you may have to wait to get a seat. Lunches and dinners are just as good as their breakfasts! Very reasonably priced.

The best. Add that to the fact that the staff was great. Food was fast and we couldn't have been happier. Definitely a great stop on our way!

Fast service and a hearty portion in addition to a convenient location by the interstate, this is a logical choice if you want to grab a bit to eat on the road. The breakfast sandwiches are a bit greasy. The waffles are made to order and customizable. The best part was probably the hashbrown. They are open 24hrs 365 days of the year.

This place is somber, needs some sincere friendly welcoming. Our waitress was friendly but watching your food being made while sitting at the counter has its pros and cons. I ordered the All star breakfast with waffle, eggs over easy. Eggs came out very slimy and under done. It came with fresh made bacon and a sad thin waffle that u would rather have fed to my neighbors dog. Waitress forgot my OJ and never asked to refill our coffee. People coming through door behind us as we sat were arguing who was next to be seated. Thought a shank was going to be pulled on someone....Tried to make conversation with Manager Trainee but it was like pulling teeth.... Don't waste your time here unless you just need a gut filler. Oh and btw...... Skip the bathrooms as they were worse than a gas station bathroom.

The kitchen staff was obnoxiously loud, which with an empty dining room was blatantly disruptive. As far as the food, it was okay, the steak had a great flavor and was cooked medium rare just as asked. They gave me a healthy portion of sautéed mushrooms and onions, and the broccolini was lovely. I ordered the Parmesan truffle fries but they lacked any real flavor and, rather, were under-salted. I decided to try an appetizer of cornbread and honey with butter.. but I wish I had skipped it. The cornbread is dry, there is no corn in it (which for me is a negative but some might like that) and the flavor didn't impress me. Overall, it's a very expensive place to eat to not really enjoy your meal. I would suggest if you want a good steak head over to Sammy K's instead.. you'll cut your bill in half and leave satisfied.

Like a massive lucky cat and cherry blossom trees that lit up. Asian dragons on the counter and shelves. They were cute but didnt carry thruout the restaurant and Infouns that kind of confusing. But then there's a massive old photo of George Washington along with an oddly placed refrigerator that has big cuts of meat. There's just so much going on in the lobby that didn't tie together. Tbo, kind of gave me a little anxiety. The service was really nice. Every staff member that I met was welcoming and nice friendly -zero complaints. My food was ready a few minutes after I had arrived. I had ordered a size brussels sprouts and a side of pierogi. Brussels sprouts had the most potential they gave a lot of brussels sprouts, which were cooked perfectly and we're generous with everything they put on top of it... But that's where the problem was... on menu it read, "balsamic drizzled" Hmmm... Drizzled. These are more like brussels sprout balsamic soup. If it wasn't a takeout order, I would've sent them back. Wowzers, were they were swimming in the sauce. It wasn't that the sauce wasn't good. There was just far too much of it. made it un enjoyable. I didn't finish it If I could make a culinary suggestion to the restaurant, I would reword the description and iwn up to they are in a balsamic sauce and not call it a drizzle because there is nothing drizzled about this. I would not have ordered it if I knew it was in a balsamic sauce The pierogi... I was flat out, disappointed by this This says it was pan seared. I'm skeptical about this menu description. These look like they were flash fried. Either in the deep fryer, an air fryer or worse microwaved. I don't cook in the microwave so I really don't know what they would look like in the microwave But I do know what pan sear pierogi (we make homemade ones all the time) look like and these didn't look like that but they definitely did not appear to have any sign of being seared. Rat. They were tough and chewy on the outside with no buttery flavor that a pan seared item would have. I would not order this again. Inside of the pierogi tasted fine and the toppings the bacon and onions were plentiful, flavorful and we're done really nicely So- All I ate fully was the pierogi toppings. So for 43.10 (includes a tip) i had the MOST expensive dinner that consisted of a side of bacon and onions. As that is all that i felt was enjoyable and worth eating.

The very limited hours has prevented me from visiting here before January 2026, but after enjoying a lunch at the fabulous LJ Shanghai nearby, my bff and I took advantage of Ball Ball Waffle being open and got ourselves each a bubble waffle. We wanted to stick to something not to calorie heavy as we just had a big lunch but in the end, we failed at eating light haha! My mochi ball waffle cost $7, using a credit card. My bff ordered a Hong Kong style bubble waffle which was covered in condensed milk and peanut butter sauce. We both also had the option of adding on extra sauces and powdered sugar at the end. I opted just for a light drizzle of strawberry. My mochi waffle ended up being a very heavy treat! Each bubble had mochi pieces inside. This dense and delicious treat would cost like 12 bucks at disney and/or major cities! My bff, while covered in sauce, had airy bubble pockets and weighed less than mine! Nevertheless, our indulgent treats were definitely worth the stop and the money. The inside is basic, with some seating and tables. You also have the option to pay extra for a scoop of ice cream and they also sell bubble teas and milk teas. Everything is fairly priced and the staff are hard workers.
