Instead of dispensing the money, the…read moremachine opened the door, held the cash like a steel trap, slammed the door shut, sucked the money back inside, and told me to contact my bank. Even though the ATM basically committed theft in the 3rd degree and literally retracted the cash, it still debited the full $620 from my account and marked the transaction as completed. This happened around 7 am on 6/22/26 before they were even open, so I called their support line and was basically told to kick rocks and file a dispute with my bank. Now I am stuck without my money and waiting who knows how long for a dispute process. The branch was easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions about opening an account and talked me through some options without making me feel rushed or confused. It felt like they really wanted to help rather than just push products. I also liked that KeyBank offers online and mobile banking that's simple to use -- I could check my balances, deposit checks, and move money right from my phone. Overall, this branch is solid if you need everyday banking services and someone there who won't treat you like just another number. I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a local bank with both in-person and digital support.
