Robert at Millenia Jewelers saved the day!…read more He's my hero for fixing a sentimental heirloom necklace. He repaired a very special vintage cross pendant pearl cross for me TWICE! The first time I lost a little Pearl he ordered one to match perfectly, the next time a tiny Pearl popped out I found it and he was able to put it back in straight away. He also changed the battery in my vintage Cartier watch! I'm so happy I found this cute jewelry and repair store! It's off Hwy 98 at Lavender Lane in Daphne. In summary high quality work, nice guy, fair prices I will certainly come back! He also makes custom rings and things.

When we walked in, it was liked we just entered another realm. We were greeted by Megan Barnes who was a breath of fresh air. My wife wanted a gold chain so she could wear a diamond pendant of my mother's engagement ring diamond. Megan did exactly what I wanted any jewelry store to do, put my wife on a pedestal and treat her like gold. She helped find a chain, cleaned the diamond pendant. Checked my wife's wedding ring for loose diamonds and cleaned it. We are looking forward to coming back and have her check her marquis Emerald ring also. I was thinking it's been 30 years since I have been in a jewelry store where the customer felt special. Then the frames on the wall said it all. Five consecutive years of "Best in Balwin County" awards. I knew where we will be coming for anything jewelry in the future.

Well, it was not the battery and my watch is still hostage after a month!…read more Hmmmmm...... And the wait continues. Did they hock my watch and go to the dog track with the proceeds? Perhaps, because I waited earlier this week while "chickie poo" discussed her late cell bill. When she hung up she had not a clue. John was "next door" and she asked if I would wait (longer). I declined, but did ask for my watch back. Chickie said I would have to wait for John, who was now "away". It would be fun to say "tick tock" but since my watch is probably at the dog track or casino by now.....

There's old tape marks on the walls, stains on the carpet on the floor, and the employees aren't looking like there ready to sell jewelry. Except for the supervisor in the pic (he looks professional). My experience with this store, I bought a ring. It didn't fit, so I had to get it sized (2 sizes down) the lady sent it off and said it'll take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, we get a call and they said they can't alter a ring 2 sizes down so they have to order a new one, which would take about a month (The lady who sent it off should have known this). Anyways Alicia was very helpful, and got me a new ring in the same size and I only had to wait a couple days. So thank you Alicia.
