I can't say enough about how Pleasant my experience was with Manning Jewelry, particularly Becky…read more Me and the family were playing at a water park nearby and I jammed my finger while we were playing. Not a big deal except my finger started swelling so bad my ring was cutting off the circulation and needed to come off immediately. When I called to explain my issue Becky was so pleasant on the phone and when I arrived she had the ring off in a matter of minutes. I was adamant that she should be payed for the service she provided but she refused. Manning jewelry took what could have been a very unpleasant situation and de-escalated it in a matter of minutes and had me on my way.

Perhaps, because I waited earlier this week while "chickie poo" discussed her late cell bill. When she hung up she had not a clue. John was "next door" and she asked if I would wait (longer). I declined, but did ask for my watch back. Chickie said I would have to wait for John, who was now "away". It would be fun to say "tick tock" but since my watch is probably at the dog track or casino by now.....
