They fried my TV tuner card, costing me an additional $130 on top of their exorbitant repair fee of $330. I could have bought a whole new computer for that! They then responded to the BBB complaint stating they had no way to check video services for my computer before taking my money and releasing my computer to me for me to finish repairing. If they did not have the equipment to fully test my computer, INCLUDING VIDEO PROGRAMS, they should have never attempted to repair my computer. Avoid at all costs.

He told me he could come to our office to help resolve the issues. On the day he was scheduled to arrive, he never showed up. He later called (close to closing time) and explained that he had been sideswiped by another vehicle. He said he was okay, and I completely understood that the accident was unexpected. Hector then committed to coming to our office the following morning. Unfortunately, he never showed up and never called to let us know he would not be coming. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, the lack of communication after making a second commitment was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, this is not a business I would feel comfortable trusting with our technology needs. After looking at some of their other reviews, I can understand why there are several negative experiences reported.

I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The shop was very nice and very clean! Highly recommend!
