After a couple of weeks or so, he brought the TV back and was paid just under $500. The TV worked for maybe a few hours and went off again (which was the reason for the initial call). Randy picked the TV back up to work on it again and a year later he has not returned it nor has he offered a refund. And to make bad matters worse, he has not called nor will he return the numerous calls I have made to him. I would not recommend doing business with RK TV Service!

He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. After we spoke, I did the math and did cided I didn't want to use my truck after all. So when I texted hi, I said we would use his truck. He shows up basically without a truck. I called him around 8:30 asking when they would show up. He said around 11 and they would call me when they're on their way. Great. That time rolls around and nobody has done either.
