On Dec 20th, our company called in and requested an estimate on our existing outdoor electric lit commercial sign. Next day came and went...nada...nothing. On monday Dec 24, I called and got Cathy who is the owner or higher up? She said nobody measured, but DID NOT have any explanation as to why not.
