This accounting firm shouldn't even be called an "accounting firm" in that their practices are…read moreshady. The did a "formal" accounting for a national franchise and allowed franchisees to vote past the closing date of the votes which is completely unethical. Worse, than that, they sent out an email to the people that did not vote (only those and not the people who did vote) and encouraged them to vote past the deadline which would effectively help the franchise that retained them to do the voting process since the voting process was based on a "percentage of votes", meaning that if I switched my non vote to a NO vote, it could effectively help the franchise get to the required numbers of votes. I am sure if things were going "their way" that they would have closed the voting. I calledand emailed them to inquire what kind of process would allow them to encourage votes past the deadline and they did not return my call. Shame on Mike Harris for being a part of this process. He should have encouraged the franchise to retain a truly independent accounting firm, one that they did not have a relationship with.

Yesterday, a team of girls did a Deep/Reset Clean on my entire house, and I'm so happy with the…read moreresults. I was sick all last week, and as a stay-at-home mom who also works full-time from home and has a farm to keep running, my house took the hardest hit while I was half dead on the couch for four days. One cleaner stayed through the entire clean while three other girls cycled in & out to help her. The company stayed in touch with me all day long while the girls cleaned, giving me updates and asking any questions they had. The team was super understanding and accommodating when I had to call them and have them shuffle their cars around our yard so my husband's truck drivers could get trucks parked in the afternoon. Overall, this was a great experience. Today, I woke up feeling like my home was a brand new, clean slate. I will absolutely be using these girls again in the future. Thank you all so much!

Candy did an excellent job in kitchen, pantry, appliances, and living room, not to mention having to redo some of the previous team's work. I wish I could hire Candy on a continuing basis. Company did not ask to approve final billing. Over charged for what was done (51.00/hr). Would not recommend this service to anyone. Warning: Do not hire this company!

On Dec 20th, our company called in and requested an estimate on our existing outdoor electric lit commercial sign. We had just taken over the space and the sign needed new text and bulbs, etc...about $1000 job. H AND h said they would send their tech out to measure and get back to us next day. Next day came and went...nada...nothing. On monday Dec 24, I called and got Cathy who is the owner or higher up? She said nobody measured, but DID NOT have any explanation as to why not. She said 100% tech guy would measure and give FIRM estimate day after Christmas. That is the very last our company ever heard from Cathy at H and H sign co. in waco tx.
