They have had good people there before but they end up firing them at the drop of a hat. Spherion and Express Placements are the premier staffing organizations in Waco. When I went there for help I was greeted with a great deal of disdain by some woman named Jeannie and it was apparent she was disorganized, did not know what was available for me. So I called the next day and she said she did not have time to look for me and hung up on me----this would explain my rating. I also ran into someone else I knew right after that (which was a few months back) and he said that this woman said she could get him a job if he took her out and then she proceeded to call him for days. Clearly my friend never stepped foot in that place again. This organization is a joke in Waco, Texas because anyone decent and hard working they let go and then they replace them with idiots.

Terrible business if I could give it and its staff zero stars so let's start from the beginning I…read morehave been working on and off for jack of all trades since 2013 about 5 years ago started transitioning I got attacked by another employee at a job site for being transgender well ok but did they do anything to resolve it no they did not. they made it seem like it was my fault. fast forward a couple weeks someone else working through them verbal assaulted me saying aweful things and then proceeded to throw boxes with washer parts at me but did they resolve it no they treated me like a criminal and threatened to fire me if any more disciplinary actions occurred and since then have refused to offer me any work even though I'm employed through them.
