Bonus: their prices are fair and competitive. We have been 100% satisfied with not only their monthly services but we have also hired them for additional landscaping projects and could not be happier. We have referred them to several of our friends, neighbors and even my clients in the area. Everyone I have referred them to has given me feedback and told me they have had the same experience and are also pleased with their quotes and finished projects. They are extremely knowledgeable wether I have lawn questions or questions about my fruit trees, flowers or herbs & veggies. Love their creativity when doing design and always willing to answer questions and make wonderful suggestions. If you have a little room or want privacy landscaping, ask him to design your Food Forest, I have seen one of his incredible Permaculture designed yards and it was absolutely stunning. So full of seasonal color, fruits, herbs and vegetables and practical, thoughtful design. I also love their honesty. I once had a project and they were honest, let me know they thought we should have someone who specializes in what we needed done and they gave me the information for someone they trusted to call for an estimate. So wether you are considering a landscaping renovation/design or monthly service we defiantly recommend calling for a quote or one of their digital design estimates. You won't be disappointed.

I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.
