From it I learned that they accept text messages, which is how I decided to reach out to them. I am so glad that I did... THE PROJECT I needed concrete curbing to line my pavers with 18" distance between them. I also needed curbing around another area in the center of my back yard. THE WORK The owner of the company, Jeremy, was able to come out to my house on the SAME DAY that I first contacted them. Also on the SAME DAY, my husband & I were given a quote for the work that we needed to have done. Jeremy was extremely(!) thorough on describing the work that would be done, and what we should expect. He had a booklet where we could select our color and style. He also had concrete samples of each color for an alternate visual. I really appreciated being able to see the samples. There are a lot of very nice colors & styles, so selecting the right one can be a challenge! Jeremy & his crew arrived as scheduled and made the entire project seem easy. On the install day, they took their time with the curbing and were completed before noon. They angled the curbing beautifully, considered drainage, and sealed it. TIP: Request a double seal for the most accurate booklet color match. Our new curbing is solid quality work. We can walk on it. It has rained many times since it has been installed with no weather or drainage issues. It has had lawn work done around it for a couple months now with no issues. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE Jeremy was very direct at times, but always respectful. He gave his opinions and advice. This can come off as abrasive to some people, however, we appreciated it because he was the expert (knew what would & wouldn't work well) and we prefer a direct discussion anyway! He did not try to up-sell us or squeeze as much money as he could out of us. In fact, thanks to his advice, we elected to not add curbing in an area where we originally thought that we would want it. He did not rush through his explanations and was very clear on what we would experience during a curbing installation. We were happy to have no surprises during this project, thanks to the amount of details that Jeremy was willing to share with us. Infinity was extremely reliable. I cannot tell you how much reliability means to me. I appreciated that they returned texts, did not cancel/postpone the scheduled install date, and was willing to followup with me after the job was completed to make sure that we were happy. After getting several quotes we decided to go with Grandscapes because they gave us the best price and we knew their work. They spent the better part of a week tearing out old beds, removing old grass/weeds, grading the lawn, laying sod, and putting out mulch. Austin even did a few small things we added in at the last minute. These guys were incredibly hard workers, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and my yard is finally something to be proud of. Since I have had a lot of experience with workers in our home improvement endeavors I feel like I can say without a doubt this is one of the best companies I have worked with.
