I got my bad dye from Melinda at her salon. I went in to get a balayage I came out looking like an old lady with grey and white hair at the bottom of my hair and light highlights on my head that didn't blend with the roots that I asked her to lighten and she didn't. I've messaged her several times and haven't gotten a reply. I wish I would have looked at her pictures closely she does everyone hair the same way and can see how grey and white their hair looks and most of her pictures don't look like a balayage which she claims to be a pro at. Whatever you do - do not go in and get placed with Lilia for a walk- in appointment. She is horrible. I asked for simple cut (1.5 inches off) and she tried to persuade me to cut off 5 inches. I told her no. And she said ok , 2 inches. And I responded once again, NO. 1.5. She ended up taking off around 3.... she proceeded to tell me to take biotin and that me hair will grow back... She also is horrible at washing hair. I swear I felt like she didn't even wash the left side of my head since she was standing on the right.... her salon suite was a mess and very unprofessional. I have been to other suites in the salon and they are great... but this was one HORRIBLE experience. read more

Went to an amazing Esthetician Loraine Stringer and she has such amazing hands and gave me the top of the line facial. This was my first experience and she made me feel like a celebrity. She made me feel at home, and felt so comfortable being in her presence. I've had eczema since I was born and she brought my face back to life and I definitely see the difference. Ashley has been doing my hair for many years now ! She's absolutely amazing and her personality is phenomenal! I only trust her with my hair! She got my hair soooo light from a chocolate brown after a couple sessions ! And she does amazing haircuts ! She cut my long long hair into short hair and I LOVED it !
