beware went in for Botox horrible experience went before an event had botox and caused my left eye to close. Called for a followup finally got in and they spent the first half of the apt telling me it wasnt anything they did as im leaving another patient was walking in with the exact same issue and come to find out a friend had the same experience. No follow up from them and had to call in multiple times to be told that Dr selene is out of state and wont be availabel for over a month and doesnt do calls or zooms. Feels like a chop shop you have to show ip 15 minutes early they are always running late NO care follow up and absolutely NO attempt to fix read more

Summer made my most recent Botox visit such a positive that I can't not go to anyone else! I returned for additional treatment including my masseter muscles as well. This treatment was actually recommended by my dentist, whom I truly love and trust, which made me feel even more confident moving forward. I have never ever left a bad review in my life, as I'm a fairly understanding and reasonable person. However, this place has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I find it significant enough to share my experience so others don't make the same mistake. I've been getting Botox for 6 years and have NEVER had any issues or complaints. I've always done less than 30 units and have always felt completely satisfied, comfortable and happy with my experience and results. Having moved to the East Bay from San Francisco, I wanted to find a closer practice to me. After doing some research, I found Be You with great pricing and even better reviews. Seemed too good to be true, but in hindsight, it was. The whole process felt extremely rushed (4 min max) and was left feeling skeptical. I gave Dr. Selene the benefit of the doubt, considering she was a doctor. Before she even assessed my face though, she had me choose between 40 or 60 units, for just my upper face. I'm 30 and have only ever done and have been recommended less than 30 units and love the results. I should've spoken up but it happened so fast, I mistakenly decided to trust the process and doctor. After 4 min, in and out, I immediately thought- "that seemed extremely unprofessional and odd" The next day I had a bruise on my eye. I've never bruised before but also know it's common and would last a day or so. Fast forward to the following week, my eyebrows feel heavy. I'm still bruised on my eye and my "11's" and "crows feet" look the same as before. I'm confused on how I was able to get incredible results in my 11's, brow lift and forehead with less than 30 units at my other place but barely notice a physical difference with 40 while simultaneously feeling the horrible side effects. That said, something is extremely unprofessional and unethical about this practice and would highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

This was my first visit and I was not sure what to expect. My appointment was with Nurse Summer, she examined me and made her recommendations. She explained things in way that were easy to understand and at no time did I feel pressured. After I decided on my treatment, Nurse Summer explained the procedure, so I knew what to expect. Throughout the procedure she communicated with me what she was doing and gave me reassurance. Afterwards she explained the aftercare and what to expect in the coming weeks. I went to be you medical after a referral from a coworker. I've worked in the industry myself as an injector for 10 years and only last year stopped working in aesthetics to be full time at Kaiser. My experience was exceptional. Clare the Rn was so professional and personable. The injections were painless, she made the process so easy. I told her my concerns and her estimate for units was the same as I usually get. I just did Botox yesterday so it hasn't kicked in fully yet (it can be up to 2 weeks) but I'm pretty confident she placed it perfectly and I'm starting to see the effects already. The office was super cute and conveniently located. And they have an amazing deal for Botox on Wednesdays $9/unit for over 40 units.
