My problem was Chronic Urinary Tract Infections for 35 years…read more I relocated from the Dallas area to Sugar Land in late summer of 2023. I had been under the care of several urologists in the Denison to Dallas areas over those years including one well known Uro-Gynecologist in the Plano, TX. . As soon and I finished a round of antibiotics I would have another UTI start sometimes within a week even though I was on a nightly dose of suppressive antibiotic therapy. Absolutely no one had been able to help me... EXCEPT for Dr Tart here in Sugar Land, TX. She was an absolute Godsend to me! It has taken a little time but I finally am having LASTING relief from those nerve wracking and uncomfortable UTI's which were wearing me down. If you are experiencing chronic UTI's STICK WITH her and follow ALL of her advice. This young female urologist knows what she is doing!! She has been such a blessing to me!

They sneak that in the paperwork you sign on your first visit. Normally this is not allowed for in-network providers (Blue Cross) but if they make you sign for it on your initial visit, nothing BCBS can do. I have never been charged for prior authorization before and nothing like additional medical charges on top of the expensive insurance I pay and the ever increasing copays. Seems like everyone has to get their cut. -Aaron R.

I responded that he would get that from his own patients. What doctor doesn't know his own patients' outcomes. Steer clear!

This has not been a problem until this last visit. They refused to let him go with me and when I told them about my previous issues and anxiety, I was called rude and told to leave. Afterwards I tried to make another appointment at the other location but I was put on indefinite hold. No one would talk to me. Today I get a letter from them discharging me as a patient for my disruptiveness. I did nothing wrong. Ten years ago, shortly after the birth of our third child, my wife made it abundantly clear that I…read morewas not to get within spitting distance of her until my reproductive capability was completely curtailed. This launched me into a search for the right doctor with a great sense of urgency. But who to trust? Besides, the prospect of slicing and dicing in the nether regions was enough to shrivel up any enthusiasm for the task. Then, a friend recommended Dr. Mobley. Skeptical, I asked, "Why Mobley?" He informed me that not only had Dr. Mobley performed his vasectomy, but, in 1991, Mobley had performed a vasectomy on AM radio talk show host, Dan Patrick, while Dan was on the air broadcasting his morning sports show. That convinced me. I thought anyone who had the balls (pun intended) to perform a vasectomy when thousands were listening via a live broadcast was the right man for the job. I called him up and was informed that my wife and I needed to come in together for an interview first to ensure I had her consent (no problems there!). We had a nice chat. Shortly after, I took a Friday off to have the deed done. I left my wife in the reception area and went back with the doctor. Fifteen minutes later when I walked out and told my wife, "Let's go," she responded with, "What's wrong?" not realizing the procedure was that quick. Bottom line: no pain, no discomfort, no swelling, no stitches! I was back playing ball in the gym the following Monday. Dr. Mobley uses a "no-scalpel" technique that earned two thumbs up and five stars from me. A few months later, it was confirmed that I was indeed shooting blanks. A urologist who specializes in this procedure, Dr. Mobley is definitely an "artiste". As such, he also specializes in vasectomy reversal, ED, incontinence, etc. In the future, if a problem rises up (or doesn't rise up, as it were) in this area for me, I know whom I can trust with the family jewels. Footnote: Due to the notoriety of the Dan Patrick on-air vasectomy, Dan asked Dr. Mobley if he'd host a medical segment on the radio. It survives to this day. You can hear Dr. Mobley on his call-in show called "Health Talk Houston" broadcast daily from noon to 1 PM on KSEV AM 700.
