She believes in parent choice, the upmost professional, kind, and really takes care of her patients. She has her own little team and office at Conroe-Willis, her secretary Shannelle, can be a bit snippy sometimes but that was never a deal breaker because of how INCREDIBLE Dr. Simi Koshy is. I have been waiting 5 days for cold and antibiotic meds and even after doing face to face with representatives I still only got part of the meds. this is not the first time it has been every prescription through them. they only refill with a new doctors visit and would only do 30 day scripts for me. no pain meds bp and diabetes meds. they charge for any paperwork you may need including medical excuses and handicap paperwork. the business side will be the failure my first doctor left because of this reason. On a Tuesday. i've come in there about four times and this is the same experience every single time and when the medicine needs to be signed off the "main doctor" is always out how is the doctor never in his office he's never there. every single time I call about this medicine they always say he just stepped out for the day. And I call in the morning like please make it make sense. My medicine is literally not life altering and won't kill me if I don't have it, but it's the simple fact that I'm supposed to be taking it regularly and it fluctuates in my body and I would like to not get off my schedule for it. it's so easy to not be lazy. I genuinely thought a bunch of older people. were writing bad reviews and complaining for no reason, but I'm 21 and the way they act is so old.. especially the ladies on the phone when I have to call because I have to call every single time at least once a day for about four days in a row and they get annoyed but imagine how I feel. Then she starts YELLING at me because I told her in a nice calm voice that I was disappointed with how long it took for them to call & not doing anything about it. Mr. Levy NP was to do a 1 yr exam. Never touched me, and did NOTHING during the exam. Long story short - the Ultrasound showed Cancer in the Thyroid. Fortunately I was smart enough and went back to the Ultrasound place and got results in 3 days and started finding Doctors that cared about the patient. Still fighting the cancer.
