I called and was given a date almost 5 weeks out. I told the lady the Dr's written order was for 1-2 weeks. She was clearly agitated and told me that someone would call me back within 48 hrs. I asked for Dr. Tsai's office number and she no, I was not allowed to have that. Of course I received no call back., so I called again, explained it all to another lady and she promised that I would hear something later that day or the next. Again no return call and still no follow-up into week 2 post op. Obviously the call center folks don't care what the Doctor orders nor about the welfare of the patient.

It was also not that effective I still have to go sever times at night. After I called and told them I was in the emergency room no one ever called me back to check on me. I drive 65 miles one way to the office get a reminder call for next day appointment at 2:30 PM. I show up 45 minutes early for the 2:30 PM appointment then comes in several people that check in after me and are seen. I'm still waiting patiently now it is a quarter to 4:00 I been waiting two hours. Then I said and told them I was leaving. Then we can see you now. I asked them about why he left his practice in Lufkin, Tx. it was on the internet Dr. Buschemeyer III claiming a Doctor Hunt and Dr. David T Price ruined his practice and sued them for $40,000,000.00 million dollars. So then Dr. Buschemeyer III moved to Woodlands Why would you move if you were right, Buschemeyer was all up set got mad at me told me he did not won't treat me anymore. Dr. W Cooper Bushemeyer III lost his law suit. They were running people in front of me that came in after me new patience's some filling out forms for new intake. I was upset. Then Dr. Buschemyer tells me he is going to sue for deformation you can Google it yourself in Lufkin, Tx. I was then told I need to do a urine test 15-20 minutes and give a bottle of water before a quarter to 4:00 - 1 hour an 15 minutes. After my 2:30 appointment after waiting there for so long I needed to use the restroom. So I could not go the bath room for their test. I needed to go to the rest room around at 3:15 PM after sitting there so long. Bring a Diabetic when you need to you have to go. If I would have been called in at the time for the appointment everything would of worked out. I don't expect red carpet treatment just equal and fair treatment.

My problem was Chronic Urinary Tract Infections for 35 years…read more I relocated from the Dallas area to Sugar Land in late summer of 2023. I had been under the care of several urologists in the Denison to Dallas areas over those years including one well known Uro-Gynecologist in the Plano, TX. . As soon and I finished a round of antibiotics I would have another UTI start sometimes within a week even though I was on a nightly dose of suppressive antibiotic therapy. Absolutely no one had been able to help me... EXCEPT for Dr Tart here in Sugar Land, TX. She was an absolute Godsend to me! It has taken a little time but I finally am having LASTING relief from those nerve wracking and uncomfortable UTI's which were wearing me down. If you are experiencing chronic UTI's STICK WITH her and follow ALL of her advice. This young female urologist knows what she is doing!! She has been such a blessing to me!
