They need to answer their phone. Half hour on wait to reach scheduling then it rings for 20+ times. No one ever answered. This was 2pm NOT their lunch time. I was not very satisfied with Dr. Pinkstaff and his lack of professionalism in my visit. He spoke to me as a child that didn't understand and I'm almost 70 years old. He only observers a urinalysis and didn't take my questions of care into consideration. He's a quack in my way of seeing his practice and not caring about my needs. read more

I took my multihandicapped child in for not passing urine as she should. He had a Doppler and said "well, there's urine in her bladder." That is the problem, she's not letting it out, she's not wetting! He said "I wouldn't worry about it, there's worse ways to die than kidney failure." Had he been a real doctor he would have ordered an abdominal ultrasound, thus discovering a rapidly growing mass off an ovary which was impinging her urethra and bladder, causing it difficult and painful to pee. If POTEET's issue was ineptitude or ignorance, triple disgust if his comment of worse ways to die than kidney failure. Triple down on the negatives. He looked at her visible disabilities and blew her off with the just let her die. None of the doctors in that office did their homework or their job. Look for alternatives from this clinic as been there done that. By the way ALWAYS get a second opinion. My daughter was taken to a new doctor who did the work, found the mass, referred her to the GYN as at this point mass and ovary had to be removed. She's had surgery and they don't feel she'll ever need to see a urologist again. read more

These are the most unethical folks working at this facility. I had problems with the staff several months back when the receptionist was blabbing my medical info right in front of other patients. They claimed I owed $120 from previous which was not true and they could not tell me what it was for. They set an appointment for this morning a few months back and this morning they refused to see me saying I owed $120 but still could not say what it was for. The front staff are very unprofessional. I even said something to Dr Sanders about this and he said that was the first he ever heard about it. read more

I had a bladder sling performed on me by CTU in December 2016. Now I am having pain when I urinate, pain during intercourse, pain when I am just sitting, and blood in my urine. I contacted the office and they stated I have a bill of $240 in which my insurance did not cover and I would have to pay half of it plus my co-pay before they would take a look a my problem. I explained to the nurse that I am struggling with finance right now and did not have half the money plus my co-pay and asked if I could set up a payment plan to make small payments. The office stated to me sorry but they could not see me until I made the payment. I told them I was in extreme pain, and still Dr. Stephen Stimson told the staff I would have to make the payment first. Now mind you I read his profile which states how he is such a Christian man, now I know everyone needs their money and if you have a service done you have to pay for it, but you received most of the payment and I was willing to make payments and he did not have to fix his mistake until I paid the balance in full, I just need to know what is wrong with me. Now I am in pain with no answers and the Dr. who performed this surgery will not see me without the money. Well Dr. Stephen Stimson (Christian Man) what would Jesus do, I think you need to read your bible more. And it's not that I want a handout but you could at least see me to see what is going on with the surgery you performed and let me make payments. I am very disappointed. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! I have had an issue with this practice previously about becoming out of a medication that was incorrectly filling. I spoke with Jamie, the aide for Mr. Balcunas, and she rudely said I needed to be compliant because she stated 'This is the third time we had had issue... not the case. At this point a Dr. Stew@@t stated I was harassing all the nurses. Shortly there after Dawn with Central Texas Urology. No one has ever treated me like this. Dr. Stew@@t stated I was the issue and only issue was me. He very directly notified me to find another office for my healthcare needs. Update: Contacted Texas Board of Medical Examiners in Austin about the incident. It has been documented with audio and time-stamped documents. Jamie a medical aide stated," Its done Jason as I just D/C ALL CURRENT MEDICATIONS" as this is third time issue has arisen. Specific details in regards to my prescriptions from this office. No one seems to know Jamie's information so that I can report these violations to TxBON. An amicable solution these issues has yet to be settled. Running out of resources. Hopefully, the medical board and BON can rectify these incidents as I have seen no sense of urgency in this matter. And FYI I contacted my pharmacy whom acknowledged the prescription was early as in they said I can't refill until mid-August. So that you Central Texas Urology and CVS in Woodway, Texas. Improper filling of last prescription was filled differently that what doctor ordered which has caused issues.The pharmacy manager basically scolded me then said the error was at both ends but I guess the prescriptions being out of medicine for over a week. read more
