The presentation of the matcha was nice - the matcha was layered on top of the milk, but unfortunately the result was that the flavors didn't blend that well together. The matcha flavor was also really subtle. The latte mostly tasted like milk with a hint of matcha. Pretty disappointing. If they could just add a slightly bigger scoop of matcha it would be perfect! Great food in a clean environment, however I noted today that only the cook was masked. Other personnel interacting closely with customers (within 5 or 6" at one point) were not. This cafe is located in a medical complex with a cancer institute, urgent care, surgery center and such and should not be violating the mask mandate. Many patients are vulnerable, especially with the current transmissibility of Omicron and they seem not to be taking the risk seriously at W Cafe. I will not be back until the pandemic is over or they follow basic safety procedures for their customers and employees. read more
