The lip blush for the most part wasn't too painful, it felt like rolling a microneedle roller over my lips. The part that did hurt a bit was the inner lip since no numbing cream can be applied there. I believe it was Irene herself who did the procedure: 15mins for cream anesthesia, and only few mins for actual removal of millia. She made it look easy peasy! :) I was able to see the procedure and staff helped record video of it, and we all laughed because it was like Dr.Pimplepoppers. Rachel took time to listen to what I wanted and also to draw an outline to make sure I would be happy with the shape and design. I wanted a natural look to both my eyebrows and my eyeliner. The whole process took about 2 hours. There was some redness and eye lid swelling especially on the second day so I would suggest ice packs for the eye lids. The facility is very clean and there are partitions for privacy. A small parking lot is available on Beverly. Price for both eyebrow and eyeliner are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. Touch up after the initial 4 weeks is included in the price. Rachel has about 30 years of experience in the beauty industry so you can trust her work.
