I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

I should have insisted on speaking to someone but I wanted to trust the process. When I received the quote, I knew it was way off. I reached out to my mechanic (who also has Yelp reviews of 4.6+ as well) and asked if it sounded strange. He said he could beat it by $400, and probably more. I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. All your receptionist had to do was listen to me and consider my request, but instead, you lost a potential new customer from the CY neighborhood. I hate that because I want to support local joints. From what other reviews say, this is a highly reputable place to take your vehicles -- so I can't argue its quality. I can only warn the consumer of its seemingly astronomical, pricey quotes.

I drove the car for 2 days; when another leak appeared . I Took it back to Southaven CC who stated it was NOW THE RADIATOR. (The radiator Was Not Leaking B4 water pump repair). I declared it was something SCC did in water pump repair. SCC representative was cocky and nasty saying the new water pump put pressure on the Radiator which caused the new leak. He also stated the water pump was "barely hanging on my car" which is not true from the initial waterpum diagnosis B4 I went to SCC. So, I took to another repair shop which showed a cracked radiator (not there on water pump repair day 2 days prior). Now it would be $934 for new radiator from SCC. It is a shame how Auto Repair shops continue to take woman (especially older Black women) for a monitary ride. I recently read one from several people (no longer shown) about this particular shop--about bigger problem s after initial repair. I got bids elsewhere for less, where I got it repaired the next day. We were shoehorned into Top Gun by the insurance company as every other mechanic in the city had a multiple month wait but it probably would have amounted to the same thing. These people kept our car for FOUR MONTHS claiming they couldn't get an airbag even though they managed to order the wrong airbag FIVE TIMES. Eventually the only reason the car got fixed is they took it do a DIFFERENT MECHANIC and then invoiced us for the work on top of what they told the insurance company they had done. They NEVER contacted us, told is incorrect information about payment three times, tried to extract an additional thousand dollars when we picked up the car, and stole everything inside that wasn't in the glovebox.
