We were reassured that someone will absolutely be there. Fast forward to this morning at 3 am when we wake up to a text from them asking if 330 am would work instead. We responded saying yes anytime between 330-345am would work. 345 am rolls around and no sign of the car. Check email to find a cancellation email sent by them at 3:15am. They just cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before they were supposed to be there without even the decency of a phone call!!! Ended up having to Uber to airport and luckily didn't miss the flight to our own wedding!! Worst company ever. Do NOT trust them with any important event.

As out of town guests for a wedding in St. Louis, we mistakenly got on the wrong party bus at our hotel & made our way to the WRONG wedding venue. When we realized what had happened, and that we were 35 minutes away from the correct venue, we were horrified and had no idea what to do, as the closest Uber was 30 minutes out. ~ CUE MEMORABLE TRANSPORTATION ~ The owner of the company had just dropped off guests at the wedding we accidentally crashed when he heard what had happened to us. He took it upon himself to drive four of us to the correct venue, and didn't even want to charge us (we would not hear of it!). My wife and I celebrated our five year wedding anniversary by traveling to all of our favorite places around St. Louis. Our driver, Dado, was extremely courteous, patient, and knew his way around town (he even navigated around the train tracks in downtown Kirkwood). Plus, he was a safe driver. The limo itself was clean and in good shape. The only downside was that the interior smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke.

Incredible compassion and top-notch customer service!…read more STL Shuttle Service deserves every bit of praise. My son is a freshman at SEMO, and we had booked a shuttle to take him from campus to the St. Louis airport after an incredibly difficult week--he had to travel home for his father's funeral. Plans unexpectedly shifted when his university stepped in to handle his travel arrangements, requiring us to cancel the shuttle. When I called, the team at STL Shuttle Service was incredibly understanding and compassionate given our sudden family loss, handling our cancellation with so much grace and empathy. Their kindness during one of the hardest moments of our lives meant the world to us. They absolutely have a customer for life, and my son will be using them for all of his airport trips over the next four years. If you want a reliable service that truly cares about its customers, this is it!

However, Bryan was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process including booking. We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. Would absolutely recommend booking with STL! Thank you again Bryan and team!
