Very conveniently located by the Vatican museum and the metro, this shop was an easy lunch after exploring the Vatican. They have a cute outdoor seating area but also some tables inside. Me and my partner really enjoyed both sandwiches and I regret going for a third!

Omg. This place is sooo yummy. The best bread I have had in a long long time and perhaps the best in Rome. Toppings are super fresh and lovely. Nice flavors. Owner is beyond nice and makes sure no detail is overlooked!!! It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it is amazing flavors. A do not miss!!!

After a busy and long morning at the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica, we needed food, drink and no crowds. We knew we needed to get a few blocks away from Vatican City to achieve this quickly and was able to grab the lone outdoor table at Vulió. This place DID NOT disappoint. Two glasses of wine and two beers for my fiancé later, we had worked our way thru 4 menu items and had we not needed to leave to get to a pasta making class, we would have stayed for more. We first ordered the Negramaro and modugno and half way thru these we went in and ordered the al bano and Scarmacio. The flavors were plentiful on all 4 items and each was different enough that we walked away feeling very satisfied and craving more

Solidly average food. For being in Italy, the bread is poor and the paninis are intentionally cole which is a bad choice.

As someone who visits McDonald's frequently, this particular location is one of my favorites. We…read morerandomly stumbled into here for a quick bite without realizing it is the viral fancy McDonald's. First you walk through a hallway of Roman statues and plaques, which take you into a spacious dining hall. They have a full bakery section and plenty of seating. I got to try a few Italy speciality items like the Spinach & Parmigiano Croquettes (3 for €2.69) and Tiramisu (€2.90). When in Europe, you can always order a beer at McDonald's too, which is a treat for adults. The best of all, I was able to score the viral beach towel from here while it's been sold out everywhere else!

I was in town for the Rome Marathon. As a fan of international McDonald's where the quality of the…read morefood is almost always better than in the States, I just had to make a stop here at the first McDonald's location in Italy. Unfortunately, when I first came here on Friday, it was closed for a special event. Thankfully, they were open to the public when I returned the following day. If you had to go to only one McDonald's in Rome, you definitely need to come to this location! Just like any McDonald's in Rome, they're all very easy to find as they had signs throughout the city directing you to the closest one. This place is just south of the Spagna Metro station, very close to the Spanish Steps and embassy. The design of this location was very unique. It was very modern with a little bit of ancient Rome. Ordering was very easy while using one of the kiosks. It was very spacious with plenty of seating. The service was quick, the food was good, and the dining area was kept clean.
