If I could give this business zero stars then I would…read more Let we start by saying that we have been customers of Nelson Glass before. Now, this was over 10 years ago when, I think, the management was different. Recently, I reached out to them to install another shower glass, and was told that they were very busy but they would be reaching out to me within a week and a half or so. Let me just say it's been over four weeks and I've yet to receive a courtesy call to say that they will be delayed for a measurement. I know that Nelson Glass tends to be quite a bit more expensive than other installers but I thought that their customer service and attention to detail would overcome the price differences. I guess I will never know if their attention to detail is worth their high prices because their customer service has become nonexistent. There are other businesses around Birmingham that value their customer base so I suggest you look around before reaching out to this company.

SouthFace has our strongest recommendation.
