Dr. Saritha Regulapati has been very helpful and taken proper care in every visit I have had. She…read moreremembers details from your previous appointments and gives good and relevant health recommendations. She has a caring manner and efficiently responds to urgent care when needed. It's also great that you are able to do any blood work at the clinic itself. I am happy to recommend Dr. Regulapati as a primary care physician and am very happy with the service I have had so far and will continue to visit her for my medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saritha Regulapati for a long time, and fortunately, I have not had…read moreany major medical issues. I have always relied on the doctor for my physical examinations and bloodwork. Over the years, I have encountered unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff. However, I chose not to make an issue of it because I trusted Dr. Regulapati and respected her practice. I am not someone who complains easily, and I have always hoped that things would improve. As I have gotten older, I have started experiencing severe back pain. I have tried reaching Dr. Regulapati several times over the past ten days, but I have yet to speak with her even once. Every time I call, I feel as though I am begging for the opportunity to speak with someone, rather than seeking help from my own doctor's office. My interactions with staff members, including Urutra and Ramya, have been particularly disappointing. I question whether they understand the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion when dealing with patients who are in pain and seeking medical attention. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge the young women who work on weekends. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in addressing patients' needs. Their conduct demonstrates the kind of service and respect that every patient deserves. After being a loyal patient for so many years, I find this experience deeply disappointing. Patients should not have to struggle to reach their own doctor, especially when they are dealing with severe pain. I believe it is time for a change. Long-standing patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I should continue with this practice.

This review is solely for my experience at the hospital with a hiring event being held here…read more The exterior and interior of the hospital is gorgeous! They have a large parking lot that seems to fill up so although I lucked up and was able to get a good spot, I can see at times it may not be as easy to do so. The security guard at the entrance of the hospital was so pleasant yet thorough. I wish I would've gotten his name because he was just that good and deserves kudos (middle aged tall brown skinned man) . He spoke to everyone who entered, walked them through the process for entry, re-checked numerous bags and did all with a smile. The hiring event was towards the back of the main floor and was very organized. The Penn Med staff hosting the event were all very friendly and informative and I was able to make a few key connections I can work with and hopefully build a partnership with for the sake of employing Medical Assisting graduates .

If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. If you could make it to a different hospital you…read morereally should. I don't know why this hospital is open they're the worst with patient care. In our line of work we advise patients to seek other medical facilities and avoid this one by all costs. Lost your nursing license go work there, they'll definitely hire you. I have gone to free clinics that were better equipped to deal with emergent care than this facility. This atrocious waste of space needs to be shut down and more transparency should be given to the public regarding the level of patient care, write ups, and reports against staff and facility. You'll see more staff standing around talking about patient, gossiping and eating while they're patients everywhere complaining about being their for hours and the only person that spoke to them was registration to get their billing information. A patient that didn't have insurance was told in front of everyone that it was an issue that her insurance wasn't active and she needed to do something in order to be seen. Everyone has the right to be seen it is their obligation and yet that's what I heard and saw, so again I say, how is this "hospital" able to do such a thing. Take a drive to the hospitals in New Brunswick and the see the difference in how patients are actually treated. You can be seen by real nurses and doctor. Please do not seek treatment for your loved ones at this ran down facility where the nurses give you attitude and the doctor's tell you, you have wasted their time. Please seek a real hospital for you and your loved ones!
