Earlier this month my husband and I checked in for our 90 minute flight from Malaga to Barcelona and we told nothing special at check-in. Once past security our flight suddenly turned from "on time" to seven (7 !!!) hours late. No explanation, no apologies, no update. No nothing from Vueling. They clearly don't care. At the information desk (not at a Vueling counter) we were given a voucher for a cardboard sandwich and a bottle of water, and even that was not announced. (It was word of mouth!) We have already filed for compensation under a European airline customer protection statute specifically covering these kind of cases. Horrible airline! Flying from AMS to BCN and what a sham! First and last time. The gate agent was so rude, had to check in our bag because there was no more over head bin space (but there was) and gave me an attitude. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. I AM CONVINCED THIS AIRLINE STOLE MY LUGGAGE AND THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR MANY REASONS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. This is the WORST airline I have ever flown. I flew on July 20th, 2019 from Los Angeles to Barcelona. I picked up my bag in Barcelona from Norweigan airlines, and checked it with Vueling for my connecting flight to Naples, Italy. When I arrived in Italy, my suitcase was not there. No-one could tell me where it was and the Naples airport had me file a claim but was not helpful. I did not have any of my belongings in a foreign country and had to buy clothes and toiletries in Positano, Italy. I called Naples and they did not know where my bag was. After 5 days it is the responsibility of the airline to find it- every time I called Vueling while out of the US they were very unhelpful. THEY SAID NAPLES AIRPORT WAS RESPONSIBLE TO FIND MY BAG AND NAPLES AIRPORT SAID IT WAS THE AIRLINES RESPONSIBILITY. I came back from my trip on July 29th still without my suitcase. I called Vueling everyday in August resulting in a $400 phone bill, as I would be on the phone for at least 30 mins daily. Every time I called, I spoke with new person who said they were putting notes in their system and then when I spoke with a new person the next day, they had no notes. I would ask for a supervisor and they would not transfer me, said a supervisor was only available for sales calls. At one point I demanded to speak to a supervisor and threatened legal action, and the woman on the phone laughed at me and hung up. They paid me $385 for the cost of my bag when they contents totaled $5000! They are supposed to give me 50 euro a day for 5 days for receipts and they DID NOT PAY ME for this, eventhough I spent a lot more than that! I flew to NY or business and spoke with the IBERIA luggage counter who owns VUELING and they told me that when looking at my record VUELING HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING TO FIND MY BAG AND THERE WERE NO NOTES IN THE SYSTEM AND IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE ANYONE HAD DONE ANYTHING TO FIND MY BAG. He addd all the info to my account, said these notes went to the HIGH UP SUPERVISORS, and they would respond, 30 days later, I still have not heard anything. It has now been almost 100 days, which is when Vueling says they will stop looking for a lost bag. They treat Americans terribly, I know this because I had my friend call in Spanish and they were very nice to them compared to the customer service I received, speaking English. ALL OF MY FAVORITE THINGS ARE GONE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED PROPERLY AND I WAS GIVEN THE FEELING THAT NOONE FROM VUELING CARES THAT MY STUFF HAS JUST GONE MISSING WHEN IT WAS LAST IN THEIR HANDS. In my last trip they cancelled the flight without sending even an SMS or email even if they knew in advance it was cancelled. Vueling have no self-respect and cannot be trusted. Avoid flying with them. On Sunday 9th of August 2015, I was due to fly on flight VY8963 from Oporto (13:45) to Brussels (17:05). My reservation was made and paid for on February 18th 2015, almost 6 months before the flight. I made a first unsuccessful attempt to check in online some 3 or 4 weeks before the flight. At the time, I was informed that I would only be able to do so within 3 or 4 days of the date of flight. On Friday August 7th 2015, I received an e-mail flight reminder specifying that I would be able to check in online up to 4 hours prior to boarding. On Saturday August 8th 2015, at around 3PM, I made another attempt to check in online, and was informed that online check-in was impossible less than 12 hours prior to boarding and that I needed to go to the check-in desk. On Sunday August 9th 2015, at the check-in desk, to my disgust, I was told the following: "The plane is overbooked. I can check you in, but you do not have a seat. You must go to the gate, and wait for everyone who has a seat to board the plane. We will then see if there are free seats, and you might be able to board. There is no guarantee, because we do not know if there will be many empty seats, and there are between 4 and 8 people in your situation." Here I would like to remind you that I was refused to check-in online for a flight that I had BOOKED and PAID for almost 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. What was to happen if I did not get on the plane? "If you do not have a seat, you must collect your bags, come back through security and go to the vueling desk in the main hall of the airport where they will try to put you on another flight. If necessary they will help you for accommodation." What are the guarantees of me flying on the date the reservation was made? "None" Here I would like to remind you that I had BOOKED and PAID to fly on THIS DATE almost 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. At 14:10, 25 minutes after the plane was due to leave, I was attributed a seat. When I arrived on the plane, cabin staff were quite obviously also irritated at the situation, and I received very little help to lift my suitcase into the overhead locker, even though my hands were full. When I asked if they could hang my suit in the front of the cabin for me, I was told to fold it and stuff it on top of the suitcases. The flight departed at 14:25 - 40 minutes late. Some passengers were made to wait for 1 hour on the plane before take-off. According to my neighbour, the cabin crew made no attempt to justify or apologise for the discomfort and delay. The flight landed at 17:25 - 20 minutes late. The plane was so late at take-off that we were unjustifiably late upon arrival. It is common knowledge that low-cost airlines traditionally plan more time than is necessary for their flights. They like to fool their passengers into believing that they have arrived "conveniently" early. On this occasion, it was unsuccessful. Again, there was no attempt to justify or apologise for the discomfort and delay. I am disgusted to find that any self-respecting airline fails to guarantee a seat for a customer who booked and paid for his flight nearly 6 months in advance. I struggle to understand how any self-respecting airline can show so much disregard for its customers. But this is built on the assumption that vueling is indeed a SELF-RESPECTING airline - which it is oviously not. A self-respecting company would have demonstrated more concern for its passengers. It is easy to see that VUELING REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE DELAYS AND DISCOMFORTS THAT THEY - ALONE - ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. The ONLY POSSIBLE CONCLUSION is that vueling's chosen policy is the following: "WE ARE NOT EVEN GOING TO PRETEND THAT WE CARE" (and I stress that this is the polite version of the chosen policy...). "We are not going to pretend we care if you booked 6 months in advance. We are not going to pretend we care if you don't travel on the day you paid for. We are not going to pretend we care if you have been waiting for 60 minutes without any explanation. If you are not allowed to board the flight you booked, we are not going to come to you with a solution, you must come to us to find a solution. We are not going to pretend we care about our staff. If the plane is late and the passengers are unhappy, we expect the staff to deal with it." I would give them -5 stars if it were possible. My mom and I went on a holiday from Amsterdam to Rome and Barcelona. She was first supposed to go with my father, but he couldn't make it due to work, so my mom contacted Vueling to change the name on the tickets. After having to pay € 130 !! just to change names, we found out in Rome that they only changed names on the tickets from Amsterdam to Rome and Barcelona to Amsterdam. They completely forgot about the Rome to Barcelona ticket. Their costumer service was not friendly, nor patient or helpful. Eventually we had to buy an entirely new ticket!!! (€534!) We have filed a complaint but they try to pin it all on us and are not responsive at all. It has been almost 2 months since our disaster and it looks like we can kiss that money goodbye. My advice: pay more for a ticket elsewhere, but at least you can be sure of good service. read more

I'd expect Vueling to go bankrupt eventually and most likely shut down by the EU for breaking their legal obligations to customers. I witnessed an absolute travesty when flight 7820 from Barcelona to London was delayed on 5 September 2015 - multiple times, and then eventually cancelled without any information being communicated to customers, and with no Vueling staff turning up to take responsibility. There were HUNDREDS of upset people stranded at the airport - pregnant women, parents with newborn babies and toddlers, children and the elderly/disabled with no where to stay and many in tears and forced to sleep on the hard airport floors. There were no Vueling staff available to communicate any information to passengers, so people were forced to stay as they didn't know how to obtain their luggage. The flight was supposed to leave at 7pm, and passengers were eventually moved to a new flight at 520AM in the morning. Vueling is the worst airline I've ever experienced and should be shut down. Absolute worst airline I have ever flown with (I'll take Ryanair or Easyjet or even WizzAir over Vueling ANY day.) This weekend, I had flights from Zada to Nice with a connection in Rome. The first flight was delayed by an hour - fine. After spending a few hours in Rome, I returned to the airport for an 8:30pm flight and was told that my flight was delayed with a new BOARDING time of 10:40pm. This was printed on my boarding pass and circled. At 9:45pm, there was still no gate listed on the boards in the departures hall. At 10:25pm, I checked again and a gate was listed along with "boarding." I immediately went to that gate, only to find that the flight had actually DEPARTED 5 minutes prior without any notice. This was a full 20 minutes before we were even scheduled and told that we would be boarding. After searching for 20 minutes to find any sort of info desk in the now closing Rome airport, I was sent to the Vueling ticketing desk, where I waited over an HOUR to speak with a "representative" (not actually an airline employee.) I was told it was too much trouble to find my luggage that night. They put me, along with about 35 other people, into a shuttle to a sort of nearby Holiday Inn and promised us dinner, breakfast, luncha and a return shuttle. We then waited another HOUR at the hotel to receive room keys (this is 1am now) and were told by the hotel that it was impossible for us to get food unless we took a taxi to a McDonalds, refusing to call any sort of delivery service. The next morning, having not eaten dinner or anything the night before, I asked the hotel receptionist to please contact Vueling to help me find my luggage and to find out what time the shuttle would be arriving. He lied and insisted that he did not have any way to contact Vueling. Instead, he demanded that I pay immediately for a water bottle from the mini fridge and told me I could contact Vueling directly if I wanted to be reimbursed. I returned upstairs to discover that the fridge had been LOCKED and that I couldn't even drink the water I had just payed the ridiculous price of €3 to open. When we returned downstairs for lunch, we were told we would have to wait while the hotel called Vueling to see if we would have to pay for our meal... Surprise! It turns out that they actually DO have a contact for Vueling. We left for the airport on a hotel shuttle (no thanks to Vueling) at 2:3pm for a 6:00pm flight. Upon arrival, I returned to the Vueling ticketing desk to inquire once again about my luggage. The representative then sent me from T3 to T1 to the lost and found to see if they could POSSIBLY track my bag, never once offering to call or look it up herself. She also refused to comp the bottle of lemoncello I had purchased in the duty free section the day before, which I would be unable to take back through security checks. I waited another 30 minutes to check in and have a new boarding pass printed. Inside the departures hall, we found out our flight had a 20 minute delay. Then a 35 minute delay. Then one hour 15 minutes. Each time, we were told that the plane was en route and that we would be able to board "soon" or "in 10 minutes," etc. etc. After THREE HOURS of delays, we were finally allowed to board. The Vueling gate attendant was rude and arguementative towards our questions and requests that Vueling honor their "Passenger Bill of Rights," which states that after 2 hours, the airline is reponsible for providing an item of food and drink to each passenger. Once on the flight, we were again denied any complimentary refreshments, with the flight attendants suggesting that they have no authority (along with the pilot) to serve anything without corporate's instructions. This process was a nightmare, and I will never fly with Vueling again. read more

I understand I have to be charged for my extra bag but I was promised one free bag. I went to the kiosk at my gate and the woman proceeded to laugh at me for asking about my bag and told me she couldn't do anything about it. I then went to the costumer service and she was extremely rude to me and not helpful whatsoever. She told me that being rude was just the way that "her people are". Let me start be saying that one star is generous. I was set to fly from Amsterdam to Florence this past Monday. The flight was canceled due to weather. (Which I don't understand because Air France Amsterdam to Florence took off 20 minutes before my flight and had no problems). Ok, no big deal. The man and women and the get informed us that everyone will be put onto the next flights available and we would be given a voucher to use at a local hotel for the night since the new flight wasn't until the next day. Perfect! Not. They had no hotels rooms left to give us. Fine. The two women behind the customer service desk we were directed to told us that we could pay up front to get hotel room and that all we had to d was send in the invoice later and we would get reimbursed. So this is exactly what we did. I had a bad gut feeling about this and I should have trusted my instincts because OF COURSE the next day I am told after submitting my invoice that "Vueling has compiled" with all rules and regulations and they will not be giving me my money. So after multiple phone calls, being hung up on, being lied to, messaging on Instagram and Twitter and sending multiple emails every single day I am still left with no answers as to why I was promised I would get my money back and why that promise is being ignored. I have also been accused by the same man who hung up on me of making this up because I do not have this information in writing. Not to mention it is impossible to speak with someone in charge. Rest assured Vueling, I am not giving up. If this same thing has happened to you please reach out to me, because I have already found two other people dealing with the same thing. Booking a cheap flight caused me to lose valuable time & more money. They cancelled my flight that was scheduled at 11:50pm and no other plane was available until 7am the next morning. Worse part is that no one got a refund because "the cancellation was out of their control" and to top it off, we were not informed about the cancellation until 3am, 3 hrs after our scheduled departure. They first time they told us that our plane was 30 mins delayed, then they said the aircrew was in the plane but checking equipment. After more than three hours, they finally said to go to the vueling customer service desk to get more information and then was told our flight had been cancelled. Cheap=lost time+ lost money! I would like to warn everyone flying with Vueling that they consider themselves to have the right to decide whether you're allowed to board the flight or not, no matter if you have the all the documentation needed or not. I was supposed to travel with Vueling last year from Copenhagen to Paris with a valid international ID. This is what you need for travel stated on Vueling's website: Schengen Destinations Valid ID document or passport. EU / Non-Schengen Valid ID document or passport. I checked in my baggage with my valid international ID and I was assured by the staff that I did not need my passport as Vueling don't require you to have your passport as long as you have a valid ID. Later when I was one of the last persons to board the flight the woman who looked at my boarding pass and ID asked me to step aside as I was not allowed to board the flight without my passport because I was not allowed to enter France without it which is a lie and I told her what I was told at the check-in that I was ok to travel with a valid ID. She replied that what the staff told me at check-in was not her problem, she was not allowing me to board the flight. I asked her for their information desk to get help with my ticket and she replied that they did not have any in Copenhagen, I asked for a phone number where I could call and get help and she replied that she did not have any number I could call. I then asked for her name and she turned her back against me closing the gate. I had to book another ticket with SAS later that day and I did not show my ID once, not at check-in, not when boarding and not in France. I made a complaint to Vueling regarding this and I everyone I talked with at Vueling is saying that I do not need a passport to travel with them and that they will get back to me on email. When they do get back to me they say I did not have the correct document to travel. I reply that I did have the correct documents I just did not have my passport. They tell me that they will go deeper into my case and then they get back to me with the same copy-paste answer. It's a never-ending story. The only answers I get is that it is my responsibility to have the right documents to travel. And I explain I had the right documents and the woman replies again that she is not arguing with me and tells me again that is my responsibility to have....and so it continues. Could it be that the flight was overbooked and that someone had to be refused to board the flight? So beware flying with Vueling as it's not sure that you will be able to use your ticket that you paid for and they will not give you a refund even if they do wrong. read more

We purchased tickets to fly from Milan to Paris. Didn't expect much, set the bar pretty low: it is a discounter airline, we just wanted to get from one point to another on a short-haul flight (as we couldn't find a train, matching our itinerary). After we received e-mail confirmation, we decided to pay for 'premium seat upgrade': this option gives you a seat selection (otherwise, seats are airline-assigned), plus a priority boarding. The hassle started with check-in: no online check-in. I guess, because they wanted to double-check that they cannot charge you for the carry-on (they verified size and weight TWICE at the airport). Line wasn't too long, so, I guess, it was not a big deal. Now - 'priority boarding': yes, they will call you first, and scan your boarding pass, and you will walk... to form line by the closed jetway door! And you will wait there, until they scan ALL passengers. Many of passengers with 'regular' seats will try to squeeze themselves into the jetway, when agent opens the door. Very interesting concept of 'priority boarding'. On the top of this - wheelchair attendants are going to exist against the flow at the same time, adding to the mess. OK - we are, finally, inside of the plane: those 'premium seats', even though, there is an extra inch of leg space, are not reclining as 'regular' seats. Not sure which one is better. But to make you decide Vueling takes an extra step: they service front 'premium' seats LAST. That's right: they will skip first rows, with 'premium seats' and service all other passengers, before returning! As a result - the gentleman on the very first row never got anything from them, because airplane already started final approach before they got to him. On the top of this experience: crew members demonstrated attitude, and one was plain rude. There is NOTHING free on board: even small bottle of water will cost you 2 euros. And, as I mentioned, if you are paid for 'premium seat', you may not even get a chance to get it! NEVER AGAIN! read more

The worst airlines I have ever experienced in my life. Today I used Vueling airlines to travel from Barcelona, Spain to Malaga, Spain and back. Let me begin this post by saying the lack of organization was worse than that of a free for all bin in a used clothing store. The lines were impossible to find, not separated, and there was not a single assistant around to allow the process to move easier. The employees are poorly trained to their expertise and rude. There is zero space for luggage under the seats, and every single flight will require passengers to check their bags due to lack of space. We waited at the baggage gate for 30 minutes to receive our bags. Also our flight was delayed an hour, and with all seriousness our flight nearly crashed. I have never been so disgusted and terrified by an airlines and I refuse to believe that Vueling even is an airline in the first place. read more

I sent several e-mails, have never received any replies. I assume they just don't have customer service. Vueling has great rates but they need to get their customer service together. I would like to say that our flights did work out fine, the planes were clean 747's and the staff was very nice aboard the aircraft. We did receive confirmation e-mails, but it was extremely concerning having absolutely NO customer service for questions, or the original refund we needed. If you have any mistakes or need a refund, you're going to have to take it up directly with your credit card because Vueling literally has NO customer service. I would not want to have to deal with any mistakes with these guys, because you'll be talking to no one. read more

My fellow passengers started to pray and make the sign of the cross. This has never, ever happened to me before, and I fly very frequently. Horrible company. The luggage from the whole airplane was lost. After landing in PMI the baggage info was showing Belt 5. The passengers were waiting for over an hour. The belt never started. Then the note on the screen disappeared. People started running around. Someone found out that Iberia office may have information. All people lined up to claim the lost luggage. We were given a reference number. After one day the website was showing that the search is still under way. Later I heard from others that Vueling is notorious for the lost luggage. Do not fly vueling; pay more and fly any other airline. Flight was 2 hours late, but the real issue was what they did to my luggage; totally destroyed a Briggs & Riley large suitcase. The shell was totally destroyed, cracked the entire bottom, my clothes were hanging out on the carousel. I have never seen anything like it. If you tried to damage a piece of luggage, you couldn't do what these animals did. Then we waited an hour to make a claim; we missed an expensive tour in Barcelona by 15 minutes, too late for a refund. But wait, it gets worse! They send you to their website using the claim # from the airport, to get replacement piece of luggage, tried that at least 5 times, nothing, no response, not confirmation, nothing. I called them from US, once I heard a person's voice, boom, it was cut off and the survey came on. If you want to be reimbursed, it's limited to 50 Euros. Bottom line, they do everything they can to get out of a claim. I saved on the fare, but lost over 700 Euros for the cost of a Briggs & Riley large suitcase and a Barcelona tour. As an update, Vueling has still not located my luggage and to top it off Roma airport has already closed the case and told Vueling its gone, I am sure someone has stolen it there as Roma Airport is know for this going missing all the time. Now I have tried to start the never ending lengthy process of BS paperwork to try and get my money back for my things. They already ruined 14days of a very expensive euro trip as I had nothing. Now I send in claim paper work and they tell me its not enough or its not right or any thing they can say to not help... This Airlines should be fired from all airports. read more

Every Airline will get you from A to B reasonably on-time. My review is based on their inability to go beyond flying a plane. Vueling lost my luggage almost 1 month ago and they never, I repeat NEVER tried to contact me. No calls, no email, no follow-up. I have to spend 30 min-1h on the phone to then hear someone tell me they don't know what's going on. You don't ever want to have anything to do with this people. Highly unprofessional. Lack ability to communicate. The flight from Lisboa to Barcelona was delayed and we had a connection to berlin. We asked because we knew it would be a missed connection. They said no problem, it would be taken care of in Barcelona. We get to Barcelona and no one is in sight. Where are our bags? Go to baggage claim they say, no bags. Go upstairs, they will rebook. Not yet. Go get yours bags first. Back to luggage, with a 50 minute line. Again, does anyone know whats going on??? Summary: they do not communicate, they dont advise, there is a limited system that can not handle problems timely compounding the problems. Note now ticket agents are behind barriers, i assume to protect them from the public that becomes enraged by their lack of quality and systematic processes. read more

WOW! supers cheap fares, great service and the sweetest, drop dead gorgous flight attendants. Great experience for the price. I loved that they play music throughout the flight. The flight attendants were all young and sweet. I suspect the four girls on my flight were 18-20 years of age. THey didnt take themselves too serious and were kind and gracious. Seat was comfortable. Will fly this airline again if an opportunity exists. (I work as a flight attendants for a living and have flown dozens of airlines) this review comes from an industry employee. read more

yes, they suck... but they are cheap. Hey, you get what you pay for. I take them but I pack with carry-on only. Try to at least get extra legroom. Its worth paying for when available. did a trip from Vienna to Barcelona and Barcelona to Split. + long lines to check baggage although the one from Barcelona to Split went fast + cattle car type seating. God forbid you are over 5'5" tall or you will be eating your knees + nice enough flight attendants given the conditions they have to deal with + like I said, its cheap... read more

One of the worst airlines! To start, bag check lady completely rude to me when informing me that my flight had been delayed, and was annoyed that I of course had questions. She, along with other staff had no answers and seemed clueless and frustrated about what was going on. My flight was inevitably delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight and took a whole day away from my trip in which I traveled 14 hours plus to get to. Thanks for really trying your best Vueling. Won't be spending my money nor flying with you again! read more

After having a flight that was delayed for almost 2 hours due to missing flight crew, our flight was then rerouted to an alternate destination within about an hours drive of our original destination due to "low clouds". Upon arriving the the alternate destination, I was without luggage. I filed a claim at the airport and took a taxi to the original flight destination for an additional cost of approximately 100 Euros. I arrived to clear skies and no sight of "low clouds". Over 24 hours later, my luggage was located and delivered to my hotel. After filing a luggage claim reimbursement online, several weeks later I was instructed to submit all supporting documentation and send it through the postal service via certified mail. I did so at a cost of $16.65. Another several weeks later, my claim was denied because Vueling stated my baggage was delivered within 24 hours. It was not. So, I added international calling to my mobile plan, in order to call customer service in Spain from the US. This just cost me another $5.00, only to be told by "Luggage Incidents" that my baggage was delivered within 24 hours, but they cannot tell me what time it was actually delivered. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied. The is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from an airline, and I will not fly Vueling ever again. A train would have been a better option and we would have arrived at our intended destination quicker and with my luggage in hand. read more

We've had a terrible experience with Vueling - lost baggage 1-1/2 yrs ago and still no compensation. Our daughter flew Vueling airlines from Barcelona to Amsterdam in Nov of 2011 and her baggage was lost on the trip home. Her bag was just over the size limit and they insisted it be checked. We have spent a ridiculous amount of money in phone calls, insured mail correspondence and faxes trying to contact Vueling and work this out. To add insult to injury, they compensation they claimed they would give us is considerably less than the value of he bag that was lost. And, they told us that they would provide a 50 euro stipend per day for 7 days to cover expenses due to the lost baggage. Vueling provides an inexpensive way to travel europe - but make sure your bag is a carryon, you'll never receive compensation if they lose a checked bag. read more

I booked a round trip Vueling flight from Amsterdam to Barcelona on Hotels.com blindly. It was last minute- right after booking the hotel in Barcelona. The Hotels.com agent transfered me. I wanted a cheap flight for four with no flexibility on dates about two weeks in advance. I got the feeling they were playing hardball with the usual "that flight JUST got sold out a couple of minutes ago" routine. It was 2AM and it was my last chance to land a flight before my trip. I avoided Ryan Air because they fly to airports that are a lot farther away than BCN, and requires some ridiculously long bus ride into Barcelona. Jumping ahead to the flight- boarding and unboarding was fine. We abided the luggage rules, and didn't have problems with that. The staff were very nice. It was a two hour flight. Everything was adequate for the price. My only complaint is that my knees were against the plastic and metal of the seat in front of me. I could not find a comfortable place for my knees. I'm 6'1". When the person in front of me reclined his seat, it was painful. There wasn't much padding in the seats, anyhow. read more

Worst experience with travel I've ever had. I wish I could give it zero stars. About 12 hours before my flight was supposed to take off, they cancelled the flight. I scrambled around, trying to get another flight but was unable to find one. They make it extremely difficult to contact customer service as well. I could not get a hold of anyone after an hour of trying. They make it extremely difficult to get a refund too. Never again will I book a flight with them. SO STRESSFUL! read more

This has got to be the most budget airline ever! Our flight from Barcelona to Roma was supposed to be serviced by Iberian Airlines but for some unexplained reason we were serviced by Vueling Airlines. We are currently just sitting in the plane 45minutes & counting from our departure time & airplane attendants are will trying to fill the seats before we depart. This airline is really hurting for business never mind the wasted time of their passengers! read more
