Can't believe we've been going here over ten years. Food: We shared the Saturday prime rib special it was perfectly cooked. The horseradish was great, perfect compliment not overly spicy. Drinks: orange cream.old fashion. Couldn't really taste the orange cream but it was good. Service: our server was Carson. He was attentive did a great job. Absolutely no complaints about service. We really enjoy V's. Love the steaks, burgers, pizza and salads. The service is fabulous.

The only negative I have here is that we haven't been sooner. Great location and the restaurant gives off a great vibe. The outdoor patio is beautiful. Upon walking in we were greeted instantly and to our surprise seated right away. It smelled amazing. Our server came over quickly and took our drink order. We opted for a few waters, a cider and a beer. I was bummed at first their only cider options were in a can, but it was actually very good. With a cold glass it made it better. We decided to order a spicy Italian pizza and the prime rib dip. It all came out fast and looked fantastic. I loved the crisp edge crust of the pizza. I only wish they had the grated pizza tray to keep the pizza from getting soggy as it cooled. Still delicious. But I'd of loved to have a bit crispier crust all around. My husband's prime rib sandwich was so good and the aus ju hot and full of flavor. Service become a bit slower throughout our visit, but in his defense he had a huge party out on the patio plus his other tables besides ours. He was pleasant and checked on us as often as he could. Price was fair for the setting off the golf course. read more

I was really disappointed with the food here. The shrimp was undercooked and then it was not very flavorful. The other dish was the Asian steak dish was chewy and not the best cut of meat. The noodles were too sweet. Neither dish was hot. The service was great the Crème brûlée was great. The bar area was clean and looked nice. I don't like to give bad reviews but this was an honest one. read more

Check in service needs improvement. They don't take reservations and ask that you call to be put on a waitlist which we did and that was fine we came in 45 minutes as they said and still had to wait another 25 minutes for our table. Food and server were both good. read more

Although we are residents of Trilogy that does not mean they automatically get great review from me. Let's start with the bad. Too loud inside. Enough of that. Now the good. Staff is awesome. Food is wonderful. Prices are on higher side. Menu always changing. I read a political post about how there are no other decent restaurants in Vistancia because old people only go to V's. Untrue. We go because it is good dining. However we go other places as well. But because of food and service we keep coming back. We go many other places as well so to say residents only go here because we live here is false. I recommend! read more

First time at V's we decided to wait for a seat out on the patio. Well worth the wait. The weather and the sound of the waterfall made the night perfect. Golf course patios are the best drinks with a view I'm always Googling to find restaurant bar patios on golf courses. They all offer good food, refreshing drinks, and great golf course views. My mom wanted to explore more of her town of Peoria, so of course, I looked for a great spot for cocktails. @vstaproom is located at the Trilogy Golf Club of Vistancia. It's the northwest corner of Peoria, but it's a nice drive, and the destination is worth it. Our first cocktails were the double rum pineapple and the peach blossom. Both were nice, but the Double Rum Pineapple was delicious. I followed up the gin with a refreshing blackberry mule. For bites, we shared apps. The wings were good, but the wonton tacos were awesome! They were packed with marinated short rib and a Sriracha aioli... and packed with flavor. I would return again just for those. My dad recently passed, and we were keeping ourselves busy on his birthday. That was our excuse to have a dessert in his honor. We shared the Famous Butter Cake, and it was a very yummy end to our. 4 stars only because the hostess wasn't very friendly. We were willing to have drinks and wait for a patio seat to open. She sat us at the bar until the patio opened but seemed very put out. read more

The V's Taproom at trilogy is outstanding. My lunch group has eaten there several times and we haven't had a bad meal ever.

We eat here often. I usually order the spicy shrimp salad if I can't decide. The burgers and pizza are also great options.

Great place to dine. Food was delicious. Service was great and then there was Happy Hour. Sat outside with beautiful weather! Love V's!! read more

We love this place! Food, service and the view from the patio are always fantastic. Adan was our server today and was so kind, prompt & thoughtful. He went above and beyond with little touches like being really attentive, bringing us extra sauces with our to-go boxes and bringing refills of sodas before having to ask, anticipating our needs the whole way through service. He resolved an issue with someone in our groups food with clear communication and promptly having the food remade. From a table of people all in the luxury food service industry, seeing this young kid be so eloquent and attentive was impressive and noticeably stood out to all of us. The staff, the food, the drinks and the pricing... not one negative thing I could say. Happy Hour doesn't disappoint. The first visit I had the pretzel bites. Prime rib French dip at vs taproom in vistancia. Pretty good. Their horseradish is really good. Not a fan of the garlic parm fries. I thought that sounded really good. But they were just so-so. (I wish they had onion rings!). Sandwich itself wasn't bad. But the horseradish sauce took it to the next level! Mother had the fish and chips which she really liked. The fish is mahi-mahi which I'd never heard of being used in batter fried fish. But she said it was very good. She also didn't care for the fries much. And said the coleslaw wasn't very good. To drink I had an Arnold Palmer but I feel like the lemonade was fake. Service is "not rushed". Which is code for it took almost 2.5 hours for lunch. Including the 30 min wait on a Wednesday early afternoon. The setting is nice. What a difference getting out of surprise can be! Place is kind of pricy. That sandwich was 20 bucks. Super yummy menu! I came here with a group of girls after a wedding rehearsal. For a Friday afternoon, it was busy! But there is a nice seating area where we could grab a drink and watch the golfers while we waited for our table. Our server was fantastic -- we had a larger group and she had no problem offering us separate checks to make it easy. I ordered a spicy margarita. To be honest, this was the only let down of the things I tried. It had an odd taste - maybe it was the margarita mix used? It wasn't bad, just didn't taste much like a marg! The bar/restaurant was rather busy, so I do think that contributed to this. Our food though was phenomenal! My cousin and I split the watermelon arugula salad and the buffalo bird sandwich. The salad was so refreshing and a perfect starter. Definitely recommend this sharing combo, because the sandwich is huge (and delicious!). It's comprised of crispy buttermilk chicken, buffalo aioli, ranch spread, lettuce, and carrot celery slaw on a brioche bun. It was as good as it sounds. Great experience overall. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a delicious meal on a patio. read more
