Their lack of customer service shows. They don't have the means to allow recurrent payments, so there may be times where life gets in the way and the bill may not be paid on time or on the next billing cycle.
A quote from the owner, "You're going to need to be proactive about paying on time. If you don't like it, find someone else. I'll terminate service immediately and good luck"
Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled about the service, even questioned if they performed the service. I just went with them because the neighbors used them and thought they seemed legit.
Overall, the customer service was horrible. Received petty text messages from the owner. Complete lack of customer service, condescending attitude, arrogance and lack of tact that led me to find another company.
I would not recommend them.
