I wanted to take advantage of a special posted online which requires me to book in person or over the phone. I have called at least 5 times on three different days and haven't connected. The person returned my call once without a message and never again. I am so frustrated! At this point I looked into just booking online and the time slot I want is not available. This is unlike my first experience in May. The man I spoke to over the phone that time was easy to get hold of and very helpful and responsive with my questions. It was easy to book. The experience itself was good. There was one glitch but easily fixed and on the whole we had a good time. I don't understand what happened in 2 months to make them so unresponsive now.

My brothers and I tried the Squid Games VR and it was super cool. Easy to understand how to play and not physically intensive so we're going to being our mom next time. It definitely was amazing how immersive the technology has become and it's very safe because you're in a big room. We were all very happy with the price and time and experience. We were able to bring our own food and decor and because our party was so large, we had the whole floor to our own party. I do struggle with vertigo and sometimes certain visual experiences (VR, 3D videos, and certain screens on rides) can make me nauseous and feel like I will pass out, so I did need to take a break during the last shooting game due to dizziness. That was no problem at all because I got to enjoy watching my friends run around and play while I enjoyed some food. Devin has cultivated such a safe and enjoyable space. It was a pretty different experience from the setup, logistics, type of VR, the technology, the equipment and event the space (although there was a shell of the former spot). It was a pretty decent experience for a first timer with little VR experience, but it was objectively not as great as the previous place. The spacing and detection software was less accurate and the shooting game was almost unrealistic in terms of our ability to keep up with storyline and not die.

Our friend broke a club here and the policy at the time was that the rentee had to pay for the price of a brand new club even though they were renting a used club. after voicing my opinion, they decided to change the policy and agreed that people who break a rental club should just pay for the value of a used golf club. I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines.
