Marcus and Cynthia did a great job rounding up the troops and creating fun and entertaining games. Is was very hot and they still kept up their energy and made it fun for the kids. It was perfect for our group of boys that ranged from 10-12 years old. They set up in our front yard since we live in a cul de sac with lots of inflatable tanks and other barriers. I've hired Gamez on Wheelz for two parties now. Both parties went perfectly. They take a definite pride in having a nice set up, the latest games and equipment, and most importantly, stellar service. One of the parties we hosted was huge, with over 100 people attending. They provided three staff members and handled everything from set up to operations to take down professionally, and efficiently. We used their large Gamez on Wheelz truck, the rock band, the photo booth, and the shaved ice. Also, we played Laser Tag games, which was a lot of fun. Just this past weekend, I hosted a much smaller party for my son's birthday. Only one staff member was needed, and Colin was his name. I did not see Colin on his cell phone once, he was helpful and attentive and made sure the kids all had fun. I rented the 24' game truck and the karaoke system. Kids love the game truck. I was surprised to learn that some of the 10 year olds at our party had heard of it before, and it was the pinnacle of their year to try it out. Colin was very helpful setting things up, and there were no real issues. I would suggest renting the game truck with the karaoke machine, because it is very helpful to have someone there if you have technical difficulties. I had a couple of small glitches with the karaoke machine but Colin fixed them quite easily. read more

I have used Gamez on Wheelz for several events. They provide a one stop service for people who throw events for business or personal. For work events I have had them print me photo back drops, provide the stands, red carpet, stanchions and entertainment. The service is great, product quality is excellent and thru really know how to give your event a Hollywood feel. Another work event they are providing a game bus which is great for adults and children. Get the add on outdoor TVs and stage for music/dancing. For my sons birthday we ordered laser tag. This drives kids crazy!! They also have a huge outdoor screen you can show movies on. Lots of fun ideas to make your event super special. My Youth Group recently had an event at my Church and we had Gamez on Wheelz provide the amazing Red Carpet Photo Booth, Laser Tag, and Game Truck. There were about 150 students there who enjoyed every bit of what Gamez on Wheelz had to offer. The Photo Booth had a consitent flow of students and leaders using the fun costumes that were provided and then enjoyed pictures that came out in great quality. The Photo Booth is open, which was nice because the people in line were entertained and able to interact with more people! What was nice about the Laser tag was the blow up obstacles that they had. They were so easy to create your own course for the space that you have. The students enjoyed running around and having the ability to do laser tag at their own church. The Gaming truck was a major highlight! It was used the whole night! There were students in and out of the truck playing games inside, rocking out on the Rock Band set, and playing Just Dance on the wii that was on the side of the truck. I was thoroughly impressed!! Gamez on Wheelz was such a highlight at our event and we appreciate all of the amazing workers and their attitudes throughout the whole night and prior to the event. Attended a 6th birthday party for boys - the kids absolutely loved it. The guns are a good size - much better than the huge guns and vests provided at the indoor Laser Tag places. They made it fun by doing a little face painting to get the boys in the warrior mode. The more available space the better. Trying to book a party with them has been a bit more challenging. My recommendation is to call them. Dont complete the online form - as you will not likely be contacted. However, once I got them on the phone the process went smoothly. The truck arrived a few minutes early, got set up and everything was ready to go at the scheduled time. We had the 24' game truck and for the small difference in price I would recommend the 24' truck. The 12 boys and girls had a great time and the Dads enjoyed the WII bowling. Carter was awesome.....He was also training a very nice young man that was equally as great!! I feel bad I forgot his name and misplaced my card. My whole experience with Gamez on Wheelz started a little rocky but ended up with pure awesomeness! First, THE BOOKING --- I initially reserved online, got two activities for my son's birthday party. Less than a week before my son's 10th birthday party, I called after hours expecting to be directed to the voicemail. But was surprised to hear an actual person answering. Sabrina was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! At first the water tag battle package wasn't available and I was worried that my son wouldn't have the activity he requested (he rarely asks for anything! :-)), but ta-da! Sabrina made it happen! Thank you very much Sabrina, my son had a great time!!! On to the WATER TAG BATTLE PACKAGE--- We had Liselie and David and they were both very good!!! Kept the boys running around and getting themselves wet, but also controlled the whole activity. The boys never ran out of water and had so much fun!!! Here's why I thought Liselie and David were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! (1) They arrived at a good time -- a lot earlier than the event to give them enough time to set up the props; And boy, do they set them up really quick! It was all set by the time we got to the park a couple of minutes before the event time. (2) They were resourceful and flexible when I let them know that the nearby park 5 minutes from home didn't have water source. Oh my! David is the man! he walked back and forth from our house to refill the water cooler. (3) They supervised the boys like 10-year old management pros. They were really good at making sure the boys have an activity, but at the same time give them rest time when necessary. (4) They made my son feel special as a birthday boy. Lastly, the GAME TRUCK --- The whole experience keeps getting better. Marcus was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! You know why? Here's why (By now, I'm sure you all know I like bullet points... :-) (1) He came on time. Actually earlier than on time... (An hour before the event, he called me to let me know that he is on the way, which I think is pretty cool.) (2) He was very polite and made sure that we touch base at the beginning and by the hour. Wow! This is good. I was having my own alone time chatting with friends knowing that updates will be given every hour and I know that the kids are taken cared of. (3) he worked the game truck like it was nobody's business. He was a pro! So engaging and very upbeat! His presence leveled up the whole game truck activity! :-) Even the adult guests had a lot of fun. (4) I would also like to mention Sylvia who helped him all throughout. Great team! (5) Oh, Also, he made sure the parent approved the games on the truck. Big plus! As to the equipment and props and the game truck, everything looks clean and well maintained. We had the 24' truck. It was ok at the most. The game truck came 45 min late as they went to a wrong address before, so the kids were very inpatient by the time it got to our house. Because of that, some of the kids left before the time was up so they only played about one hour. One of the TV's inside was not working and no one told us about that before. So we had only 3 tv's. For the ones outside it was too hot, and no one was interested in using them anyway since we only had 12 kids. Nothing special for the birthday boy, and the kids (ages 9 to 11) were allowed to play some M rated games, even if my husband asked at the beginning and he said that won't happen unless the parents agree. I give them 3 stars because the kids had fun, they do no matter what. read more

We used Gamez on Wheels for a laser tag bday party for our son. He and his friends had a blast. Marcus was an engaging Commanding Officer. He arrived timely and set everything up early. The laser tag guns were retrofitted paintball guns. They had a pretty far reaching range. The bunkers and inflatable were fun hiding places.
