This is the most I've heard from you since the party. I've called, left you voicemails, and texts everyday since April 21st until May 2nd. There are so many things written in your response that is very incorrect and FABRICARTED once again. These are the facts: 1. When James booked the truck for the party, he asked if you guys PRICE MATCHED other competitors, not a discount. You said you did, which is why the price was marked down. So please stop falsifying the story. We have text proof to show the entire conversation. 2. Initially No one had any intentions of getting a "refund". All we wanted to do as tell you how your employee treated our kids and guests. But when James called you countless times and texted you to talk about what happened at the party the next day, you ignored all his calls and texts but the second we call on a blocked number, you answer. As a matter of fact, you still have not even replied to him or called him or even spoke to him ever since the event (we have text message and phone log proof). On top that, this isn't even the first time shit has happened. Arwin K. Per our phone conversation May 4, 2018, you stated that you hardy check your social media but when you check the yelp, you noticed that there were plenty of bad reviews and said verbatim "if I gave you a discount, will you delete your yelp reviews along with the bad reviews". I simply replied saying "if this is handled in a timely professional manner, I would delete my yelp review, but I have no control over anyone else". 5. You were not invited nor know who was invited. So for you to allege that these yelpers were not at the party is inaccurate because there would be no way you or your driver Jesse would know who was there. 6. And to top it off, you had the audacity to create a false page using an innocent woman's photo without her permission to send threats. Look Graelon, no matter how many replies you send, the fact remains, you still haven't fixed any of it. Avoid this game truck at all cost. We rented the game truck for my sons 6th Birthday. To begin with Graelon the owner got the order all messed up. Jesse the driver didn't park the way we asked after several conversations with the Graelon stating that it was going to be okay. When asked Jesse to park the way wanted to his response was "the driver parks whatever way we want too. Despite what the owner says. He's not here!" After the party my son told me that while my son (the birthday boy) was playing games, Jesse the driver took the remote from my sons hand and gave it to another kid without asking. We talked to several parents the day after the partybabout their experience with the game truck and it was all negative. Many parents complained of the driver being rude to the kids. Telling them the games inside the truck was too advance for their child and to go outside to play the easier games on the Wii WITHOUT giving the kids the opportunity to play the game. We texted Graelon and called him and he didn't answer. We called on another number and while experiencing our experience with the game truck he said "this conversation is going to be a long conversation do you mind if I call you back tonight?!" Trying to avoid the conversation!!!! Per Graelon he would follow up with us in a day or two regarding a partial refund and no response. It has been exactly a week from our party have called him, left voicemails, left text messages and we have not heard back from him. As an owner of the company, this is no way any customers should be treated. Especially for the kids including the birthday boy to have such terrible experience. Avoid this company at all cost. I reached out in the evening and I received a call first thing in the am. Robert was very friendly and informative. Super seamless and easy to book.
