********UPDATED REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO GRAELON 05/20/2018**** Graelon Brown, Today dated May 20, 2018. My sons birthday party was scheduled on April 21, 2018. This is the most I've heard from you since the party. I've called, left you voicemails, and texts everyday since April 21st until May 2nd. There are so many things written in your response that is very incorrect and FABRICARTED once again. These are the facts: 1. When James booked the truck for the party, he asked if you guys PRICE MATCHED other competitors, not a discount. You said you did, which is why the price was marked down. So please stop falsifying the story. We have text proof to show the entire conversation. 2. Initially No one had any intentions of getting a "refund". All we wanted to do as tell you how your employee treated our kids and guests. But when James called you countless times and texted you to talk about what happened at the party the next day, you ignored all his calls and texts but the second we call on a blocked number, you answer. As a matter of fact, you still have not even replied to him or called him or even spoke to him ever since the event (we have text message and phone log proof). On top that, this isn't even the first time shit has happened. Arwin K. From yelp wrote that he also had the same experience with you back in September 17, 2016 where you too ignored his calls and messages after shitty service that EXTREME GAME TRUCK PROVIDED. 3. The transaction was not paid in cash. It was all paid on card. Again, we have receipts Graelon. So please, stop lying and fabricating this false narrative to justify yours and your businesses actions. 4. Per our phone conversation May 4, 2018, you stated that you hardy check your social media but when you check the yelp, you noticed that there were plenty of bad reviews and said verbatim "if I gave you a discount, will you delete your yelp reviews along with the bad reviews". I simply replied saying "if this is handled in a timely professional manner, I would delete my yelp review, but I have no control over anyone else". 5. You were not invited nor know who was invited. So for you to allege that these yelpers were not at the party is inaccurate because there would be no way you or your driver Jesse would know who was there. 6. And to top it off, you had the audacity to create a false page using an innocent woman's photo without her permission to send threats. Look Graelon, no matter how many replies you send, the fact remains, you still haven't fixed any of it. This could have been done and dealt with weeks ago in a professional manner if you had replied when you said you would. Avoid this game truck at all cost. We rented the game truck for my sons 6th Birthday. To begin with Graelon the owner got the order all messed up. Jesse the driver didn't park the way we asked after several conversations with the Graelon stating that it was going to be okay. When asked Jesse to park the way wanted to his response was "the driver parks whatever way we want too. Despite what the owner says. He's not here!" After the party my son told me that while my son (the birthday boy) was playing games, Jesse the driver took the remote from my sons hand and gave it to another kid without asking. We talked to several parents the day after the partybabout their experience with the game truck and it was all negative. Many parents complained of the driver being rude to the kids. Telling them the games inside the truck was too advance for their child and to go outside to play the easier games on the Wii WITHOUT giving the kids the opportunity to play the game. We texted Graelon and called him and he didn't answer. We called on another number and while experiencing our experience with the game truck he said "this conversation is going to be a long conversation do you mind if I call you back tonight?!" Trying to avoid the conversation!!!! Per Graelon he would follow up with us in a day or two regarding a partial refund and no response. It has been exactly a week from our party have called him, left voicemails, left text messages and we have not heard back from him. As an owner of the company, this is no way any customers should be treated. Especially for the kids including the birthday boy to have such terrible experience. Avoid this company at all cost. My review will basically be based, not on my own personal experience, but that of my 5, 8, & 30-something children & husband. We went to a 6-year old's birthday party where this was their feature entertainment for an hour. Let's just say, that they enjoyed themselves thoroughly while I talked with other parents & friends & sipped on a Margarita. I'm not sure what the price is & really don't have that much information on it except that the kids had a great time in that Game Truck. There was a gentlemen with his son and daughter ages 5 and the father requested maybe another game since minecraft was very difficult to understand and he totally blow them off. We rented a game truck for our son's 10th birthday party. Please don't make the same mistake we did. My son and his guests were disappointed. First, the truck was late, but the driver called and told us beforehand and stayed later to compensate for the late arrival and set up time, so we didn't have a problem with that.  However things didn't improve after that. The driver couldn't get one of the gaming systems to work. He ended up needing to use both a power cord and a controller from our home. In addition to that, it took him more than 20 minutes to get it up and running once he had those items. One of our party guests had to show him how to get the controller to sync. Unfortunately, this was the gaming system and game our son most wanted to play, which meant he was just waiting for the first 30 minutes of his 2 hour party.  The website says up to 24 players at once, we had 14 boys at the party and at any given time, several of them were just watching and waiting for a turn to play. They said some of the controllers didn't work and some of the game systems kept freezing.  I know very little about video games, but assumed the trucks would have the newest versions of the most popular games. After the party, some of the boys complained they only had older versions games they were looking forward to playing. And some games weren't available at all. The driver was polite, but not very attentive. He was on his phone every time I went to check on the kids and the kids had trouble getting his attention when a game froze or they needed help with something.  Overall, our experience was really disappointing and mediocre at best. We have been to other game truck parties (not sure of the company) and there weren't any of the problems or complaints that we had. I contacted the company after the party and they have never responded to my emails or phone calls. read more

Great service!!! I used the service for my son's 13 Birthday party and it was a success with all the kids ! All 20 or so of them. They were ecstatic!! The customer service was excellent. Always great communication with the owner while booking the truck , touching basis and during the event as well. Our party was a success !! I would totally use them again. I was a little bit nervous because they were running late but a text and a quick reply after. , they did show up which is all that mattered. It was made up at the end. I went to a party 6/30/18 in Wilmington, CA that had this game truck and the man that came should not be allowed to host parties anymore. It's a game truck for kids and the guy didn't know how to handle or talk to the kids properly. He had no patience and was very rude. He didn't want to answer the kids questions or didn't want to change games. At some point, he looked at me and said "I think I need more sleep." VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. So my son is a Minecraft fanatic! if I would let him, he would play all day! Therefore, it was a no-brainer that for his 11th birthday party this weekend we got him a game truck. Being that I never rented a game truck before, I took to Yelp and did a quick search. I was blown away with all the options that popped up. I figured just start at the top and work my way down. Extreme Game Truck was the first option on the list and I never made it any further down the list. I spoke with Graelon, the owner for about 15 minutes and I was sold. He was very personable and answered all of my questions. Fortunately, he had availability for the day that we wanted and I got it booked. On the day of the party, the driver/game coach arrived about 15 - 20 minutes before the scheduled time, got everything set-up and was ready at the start of the event. My son and all his friends had a BLAST!!! As I figured, he played Minecraft the whole 3 hours with a few of his friends but there were at least 5-6 other games going on at the same time. Everyone was laughing and having fun. Being that I was hosting, I did not get a chance to play any of the games but when I went to check-in a few times, the music was going along with disco lights (YES! Disco lights!!!) and children's laughter greeted me. The game coach, like Graelon was very personable and made the experience great. I am looking forward to using them again for my birthday when we can get some Call of Duty type games going!!! LOL!!! Can't say enough good things or recommend them any higher! read more

I walked in to check up on them and I was amazed by the set-up they had, multiple tv's with what seemed to be endless controls, the major plus was the mock controls for the toddlers so they get to feel like they're part of the crowd without actually inturrupting the older kids. His drivers have always showed up on time and are nothing less than patient and amazing with my Son and his friends. My Son is Autistic and the majority of his friends are also special needs. I found a link for this game truck on Yelp when searching my local area, Murrieta. I went to their website and emailed to be contacted. I received a call back same day and I booked the event over the phone, paid the deposit. A month later I paid the remainder over the phone with no issues. The Game Truck showed up to our party about 10 minutes early and was ready on time. It was not the same game truck in the photos online but it was fine for our kids, we had a party of 16 kids and it was more than big enough inside. I've used Etreme Game Truck twice before and I loved it. I booked them again for yesterday and the truck was not what I expected. It was dirty and an older model. The driver wasn't very kid friendly unlike the first time I used this company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. It was my friend's birthday and the truck was rented for the birthday party. A designated parking area was provided for the truck, however, Jesse (I believe that was the driver's name) parks right in front of an exit and said "it does not matter what the owner says, we can park as we please." I work at an elementary school and booked Extreme Game Truck as an attendance incentive for our students. The customer service is great so the booking process was really easy. Mike was the Game Coach that was assigned to us the day of the event and he was really wonderful to work with. The game truck was at our school for 7 hours and about 530 students rotated through the truck that day. Mike was really patient and kept things running smoothly the entire time and our students had a blast. I highly recommend Extreme Game for school/ work events and/ or birthday parties. Wow this was a wonderful experience for my son's 10th Birthday. The truck arrived on time with a few minutes to spare. The truck was SO clean with the state of the art electronics, and not to mention was cool inside thanks to the air conditioning. Our host Mike, was a natural with the kids and ran around helping everybody with a smile on his face. Mike also checked with me beforehand to inquire whether games with guns would be okay or not; I appreciated this consideration. Our party had half boys and girls and they all enjoyed the truck. We got the truck with the 2 additional flat screen tvs on the outside and the girls loved dancing to the JUST DANCE games. Graelon the owner was also a pro and a pleasure to do business with.
