Went to my friends party that was thrown for his nephew . The truck drivers were hella rude , told the nephew to play a different video game because he "doesn't know how to play" , took the controller and started playing himself . Would recommend a different company. read more

It's literally a party in a box! Very reasonable prices matched with great staff. They have fun with the kids and respect that parents may not want their little ones playing certain games. This is outrageous! I should have never told Graelon about my business. Graelon is behind at least one of the 3 bad reviews that I received only after having posted my honest and accurate review of his company. My business track record shows 5 stars prior to these 3 one star reviews posted on my yelp page by customers not on our database. These people refuse to identify themselves and have no record with our company! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH TO HURT THEIR CUSTOMERS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THEIR SERVICE! The facts stand, regardless of what this company does to try and cover up their lack of honesty and integrity: The game truck I employee stole my phone with over 1000 irreplaceable pictures and memories of my children. I tried to appeal to the owner in many ways, and tried to sympathize with his situation by explaining to him that I was a business owner as well. I gave him my business name and told him I would recommend that he put pressure on his employee to come clean. He did nothing to help me, even after I went out on a limb to appeal to him. This guy is very dishonest, stating that I would pay 1 million dollars for my phone is a lie, I offered to double his fee if he was able to get my phone back, that means $500, not 1 million. I have all the texts and cell phone bills showing I had to puchase a new phone and report my other one stolen. WHAT GRAELON HAS DONE IS DISPICABLE, HE HAS ADDED INSULT TO INJURY BY OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO DAMADE MY BUSINESS REPUTATION. BE VERY AFRAID OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY! I can not, with a clear conscience, recommend Extreme Game Truck. We hired them for a large party at our home, over 30 kids and over 35 adults. The problems started when the game truck showed up at just over an hour late. We had hired a photographer to be here at the same time as the truck, so that while the kids are being entertained, the photographer can arrange for the adult photos. Instead, we had 30+ kids running around going absolutely crazy which forced us to pay for an extra hour for the photographer, and I found myself trying to entertain all of these kids which defeated the purpose of hiring the game truck. When the game truck finally arrived, no compensation was offered - just an apology. From that point forward, things went OK and the kids had fun. Because of the timing issues, we ended up paying the game truck to stay for extra time. John, the gaming truck host, was a nice guy but the kids complained that he was too busy playing video games himself rather than helping them setup new games etc. I experienced this myself when I went to try a game and had no idea what I was doing. As the truck left, we have witnesses that say it hit our neighbor's mailbox and caused a significant degree of damage. We have before and after photo's proving this as well. I spoke with the company owner, Graelon, and also Mike and sent them the photos they requested. They promised that they would get back to me.. They never got back to me, not even once. There are many other game truck companies to use, stay away from this one! read more

Rented Extreme Game Truck for my son's 11th birthday. Truck arrived on time our game truck was very professional. Kids had a blast!

We have been using this Video Game truck for my son's birthday party for years, and they are the absolute best in the business! All of his friends want to spend the entire party in the truck, which is great until you want them to come have some cake or see a magic show. :-) Games are fun, prices are reasonable, and they are very accommodating at Extreme Game Truck. About 2 weeks ago we had a 10th birthday party and it was a hit!! Jesse was our driver and he delivered great service! He was very helpful and attentive with the games as well as making sure kids were sharing and everyone got a turn. The kids loved the Fortnite addition and every other game as well. A few adults even got a game in during the last hour of service. We got so many complements during the 6-hr experience! I am updating this review because after my previous scathing review, we were contacted by the owner of the company. After talking to this gentleman, I sincerely feel that he really cares about his business and his customers. He reassured me that the aforementioned employee would be fired, and he also reimbursed us part of the initial fees. Although our experience wasn't good, I feel that future customers could feel comfortable in knowing the fact that the owner does stand behind his product. We have used them for the last 2 years and will again this year. They are great. The young guy working the truck did not get upset out when my son got motion sickness from the games and thew up. They were great with the younger kids and made sure to bring games they liked and I thought were appropriate. They were on time both years. read more

This was our first time taking the opportunity on trying the game truck. After doing some research, I found this company and was excited upon talking to the owner/manager. The owner was very friendly and provided all the information that needed for me to take the decision. My kids were excited to be on the truck as well. But...... when the truck came, the whole excitement started going down... The truck was very dirty with hey, etc., stuff as if it transported some livestock. And it smelled bad too. Since most of the kids were under 10, they didn't care about the smell or the cleanliness until they did not get support to play the games from the helper. The guy drove the trailer/came to help the kids on setting up the games, etc., was on the phone most of the time standing behind the trailer. Kids had to come out of the trailer looking for him. And even a couple of times, I had to call him to help the kids. And at one point the helper was sitting outside the trailer relaxing instead of being with the kids inside the trailer and helping them. The guy seems to be nice, but looks like he doesn't know the duties well... or maybe my expectations are high read more

Truck arrived on time and operator worked well with the kids. 3 of the kids were special needs (2 on the spectrum) and no problems. Due to the AC not working the doors had to be open loosing some of the laser light show effect, however the company worked with me and I am very satisfied. I would like every parent to be aware of the situation I was in with this company. I was very disappointed with this company. I reserved this game truck for my son's birthday party and I will never again reserve or recommend this company to any of my family and friends. An incident occurred at my house with this company and this company continues to deny it ever happened. This company needs to be honest with their customers and make sure nothing is stolen from their customers. A personal cell phone was stolen and never returned. The worst part of it is that my son had to go through this and he will never forget this. It is sad to see individuals stealing from families. You hire a company for their service not to steal from you or your family. This company is in constant denial of the whole situation. The company needs to hire employees that will not steal from their customers. The game truck driver was not friendly and was on his personal cell phone the whole time. As a parent you teach your kids not to steal and for them to see someone stealing from their family is HEARTBREAKING......HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT TO YOUR SON....What we teach our children should be mimicked with adults. read more

i used their truck for an "end of season" party for my son's baseball team.....was very excited and really looking forward to it -as it was a surprise for the kids.....our game day was very hot and the truck had a broken a/c unit.....it comes with two units but 1 of them was broken. it was very disappointing because the kids really wanted to play and stayed in there playing most of the time sweating like crazy.....I tried to get some of what I paid credited towards another day or get a portion of it refunded. the person I talked to agreed to refund or credit back $100 ....but then said let me call u back AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALL OR REPLIED TO MY MESSAGES!!!! Very unprofessional.....he could have at least had the courtesy to say he couldn't refund any money, but chose to simply ignore me. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend them or will ever use them again! read more

I would not recommend Extreme Game Truck to anyone. I had a party for my son's birthday last Saturday. The truck was supposed to arrive at 5:30, but 20 minutes before arrival time, the truck "had a flat tire." The truck showed up an hour late. I had 20 kids that waited impatiently. When the truck finally arrived, there was no apology. Graelon, the owner simply stated, "stuff happens." The truck did stay for 2 hours, which I paid full price for, but there was never an attempt to compensate me the for the hour my party guests had to sit and wait for the game truck to finally arrive. Graelon has been extremely rude to me since then, stating none of the kids I had at the party complained and they all had fun. He doesn't seem to care that people complained to me and I was the one who didn't have fun. Graelon refuses to compensate me in any way. There are many other game truck companies out there. Do not use this one. By the way, the Dominos pizza coupons he gives as a complimentary gift do not work. They are buy one get one free and you can only use one per visit. read more

Absolutely fantastic! My son had a sleepover for his 9th birthday party with 18 kids. The truck arrived 40 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway and I became worried that the truck would be a no-show. However, the truck made it and the driver was apologetic for the delay and offered me a choice of a discount or to have the time start from that point. Of course, I chose the time and the kids had an extremely fantastic time. The truck holds 24 kids inside, which was great for my group since it was nighttime, unlike many of the other trucks which hold 16 with screens outside. The driver babysat all those kids while I sat in the house and massaged my aching feet. He was very patient and friendly and he gave me a pizza card for 16 free pizzas that did not expire for over a year later!!
