It was my sons 13th birthday and this was the perfect surprise for him and all his friends and family. This truck is worth the experience! My son and all our party guest absolutely loved it! Not only were the kids comfortably playing inside but the adults were playing on the outside tvs having fun as well! definitely for all age fun! The inside is nice and clean and modern with lots of great lighting it was a hot summer day and it was nice and cool on the inside with the ac blasting. I was happy I got it in the late evening so we got to experience nice outside natural lighting as well as the dark with the trucks great LED lights. I Would totally recommend for any occasion. The T v was not working their WiFi was so slow and it took them 1 hr to load the games although I asked for no WiFi game they did not gave the games loaded and ready to go and blamed it on the tge wifi. out of their 2 hr party time, tge kids were only played for one hour tge rest they were sitting around fir the coach to fix things up. They said they will provide 2 coach but only one was helping at all. read more

I would give ZERO stars but that is not an option. Have not received refund for a party they cancelled 2hrs before event on March 28. I am out of 360 dollars. Jose SEGURA is the worst business man. Amazing birthday experience!!! My 5th grade son is too old for Chuck E. Cheese parties, so we wanted something that was fun and cool... Game Rock for the win! Their staff arrived early and was helpful and courteous. Their setup was great: 4 multi player big screens in the air conditioned interior and 2 multi player big screens outside with benches and a retractable covering to block out the sun for the kids and video games. At other parties, I have seen some ghetto game trucks with sketchy employees, questionable seating, and no air conditioning. Game Rock rolls in with great video game coaches, quality air conditioning and comfy couches. The truck services up to 28 gamers, so the 2 hours that we had the truck, my house was empty and the pre-teens were happy! It was the easiest bday party we've ever had because the kids were engaged, less clean up, and we did not have to "entertain" the party goers. I booked this company for my kids birthday party. The owner was nice and helpful but his assistant/ son was another story. He said he brings a second person to assist who was his son and was really just a body not a helper. He was paying no attention to the party and on his cell phone for the entire event playing video games himself. When I asked him to help, he did so begrudgingly and was doing me a favor. When I told him I wanted to write a review on yelp and I would really appreciate good service he told me that he was on a break. Overall it was an ok experience.
