100000000000/10! Hiring Joe for our son's 3rd birthday was the best decision we could have ever made. The energy he, I mean Spiderman, and his friend Ghost Spider had for 3 hours solid is like that of a superhero. I'm pretty sure it was the best day of my son's life. You won't be disappointed!
This is the fourth party I've hosted over the years but first time to hear my very judgy older sisters rave about what a "great party!" it was. The only difference this time was that we hired Joe to come play Blippi with the kids for 90 minutes. ICYDK : Blippi is like this new generation's Peewee Herman. The kids are obssessed with him! Blippi acts silly and child-like ; his show focuses on pre-K material as he reviews indoor /outdoor playgrounds and museums. He wears his iconic blue and orange flap hat, orange glasses, orange and blue shoes... you get it. Joe looked and sounded EXACTLY LIKE TV Blippi. There is an alternate Blippi on tv (we call him Flippi - fake Blippi), and Joe looks/sounds even more like Blippi than Flippi does. He never broke character, not even once! I've read that he does Captain Jack Sparrow and StarWars characters too, among others. I took a chance from his Yelp listing and am so glad I did! At the party, Joe engaged with the birthday boy (who walked up to Joe, eyes and mouth wide open during the first 5minutes!!!!!!), then Joe sat with the kids to learn their names, they did giant bubbles, balloon animals, freeze dancing. To use some of Blippi's words, it was "...so much fun!" We didnt even need to do games even though we prepared a couple. My favorite thing is that there were a few neurodiverse children at the party, but Joe took it all in stride. I was worried he wouldn't know what to do with them, but he totally winged it. He also can make the eye-rolling, skeptical 13yos participate in some dancing! My two cents after the party: was it pricey? a bit. Was it worth it? 100% yes. We love Joe and can't rave about him enough. If you're thinking about a character for your party, just do it! Get Joe!
Blippi was AWESOME!! Joe was very easy to communicate with he answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. When he arrived at our party my son was ecstatic!! He's still talking about it with his friend and feels so lucky that he got to spend his birthday with Blippi! Thank you for everything. Definitely would highly recommend him if your child loves Blippi.
Oh my goodness! What an amazing touch to our party! I went back and forth or doing this or not! It was the best decision I could have made! Joe (Blippi) was amazing! My entire party was in shock! The kids loved him! He was soooooooo attentive to the party boy and really made him feel special and like he was there for him! This was amazing! He was on time, professional, communication was great, he knew how to move with the party without me having to direct! He knew how to read the room and exceeded our expectations! I would recommend 1000%!!!! Thank you thank you!
Joe came to my son's 5th birthday as Blippi and he was phenomenal. He was right on time and was able to gather all the kiddos for the party easily. He played games, songs, and made balloon animals (very quickly). He was easy to work with and stayed in character the entire time. The parents and kids all had great things to say about his abilities!

He played games, did giant bubbles, sang songs, made balloons for the kids... we enjoyed him so much we paid him to stay a bit longer... all the kids loved him! if you are looking to have a Blippi party- book with Joe!

I just attended a bday party with Joe as Blippi. This Blippi was super engaging and the best entertainer/babysitter one could ever ask for! I stress about going to birthdays sometimes bc it requires a lot of energy on my part to make sure my child is safe & engaged etc esp while pregnant. But this time I got to relax bc he had their attention the whole time! And I'm talking about hours of activities and entertainment! Blippi had the energy and smile the whole time! I'm blown away. He def knows how to talk to kids and even took my shy daughter out of her shell! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Well deserved! read more

We had Joe as Blippi for my son's 3rd birthday and since the minute he arrived he was just great! Super enthusiastic and just great over all with all the kiddos! My son understands more Spanish and Joe would throw in some Spanish words. All the kiddos had a GREAT time and my son couldn't believe "Blippi" was at his birthday and the next day still woke up talking about Blippi visiting him! All the adults also commented on how great Joe was and how much fun it was having him! Would most definitely hire him again and recommend! read more

Joe did such a great job with our sons second birthday party playing Blippi. He sounded and looked just like Blippi and we were really happy with how he interacted with all of the kids. He made our sons whole year! Thank you Blippi! read more

Great party;) Kept the kids entertained and engaged. My daughter saw him the first time in a park, and cried until he came over. He was nice enough to stop and take photos with all the kids in our party, so nice I hired him for our party! Highly recommended! read more

I hired Joe for my son's 3rd birthday party this month. Best decision ever! All the kids had an amazing time. Especially my little boy, who bonded with his friend Blippi. Joe was his friend and champion the entire party. Even rooting him on while my 3 year old blew out his candles. Joe was timely, professional, fun, warm, and genuinely kind with all the kids. He played with the kids and helped them have fun while sharing and taking turns at the indoor gym the party was held at. As an added bonus, he offered to help when he first got there and ended up decorating the cake to the right. He did an amazing job! Just goes to show his genuine kind nature and creativity! Cant recommend him enough! Ive hired other charcters before but it was only now that my guests complimented. Joe had a lot of activities with kids, he kept them engage and had lots of energy! He was also very patient with the kids. He kept a good flow for the party. And this picture speaks for itself! Haha! Thank you! Def will hire for the next party! read more

Blippi (Joe) was amazing from the very first call I made to him to plan my son's 4th birthday to the time he left the party. Joe was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I had questions or made changes to the party. Things went smoothly due to his excellent interpersonal skills. As soon as Joe walked into the birthday party, he had an energy about him that the kids loved. He kept the kids busy with games, activities and by completely nailing the Blippi character. The kids were engaged the entire time! Joe truly is super! I felt like supermom being that I found Joe! He made the party such a hit and I did not even have to worry what I was going to do next with the kids because he had everything under control. My son said he can't wait to have Blippi at his 5th birthday! Hopefully one of the mom's that asked for his info have him soon so we don't have to wait a year to see him again! Thanks Joe! This review is way overdue! Joe came to our son's 7th. birthday beach bon fire in Huntington Beach. He was dressed as Darth Vader.. He did such an amazing job wrangling 20 kids and keeping their attention. He took the time to have the lightsaber challenge with each kid. The kids had so much fun! Joe is amazing and it was a truly memorable experience. We can't give him enough stars! Thanks Joe! read more

There are not enough words to explain how great Joe was as a character party host. My son was over the moon meeting his hero. Best addition to the party. He not only kept my son happy but made sure all the other kids felt included as well. He was great at breaking the ice with shy kids. We are so glad Joe was able to make amazing memories for our 3 year old! read more

Blippi is the man in our house. My son could not believe that Blippi came to his school to celebrate his bday. Joe did so well handling 13 super talkative and excited 3-5 year olds. He brought games and balloons for the kids. He was super punctual and respectful. I am on a bday party high because it was everything we wanted. Thank you so much Joe for being such a great sport and bringing your A game. read more
