When I called to complain, I was met with hostility by Willie, who is the GM apparently. Willie told me they would send us replacement shirts. I told him 3V should also issue a discount for the inconvenience. Willie then proceeded to argue with me for 30 + minutes, until I finally just told him to send the replacement shirts to get off the phone. Once again, it took nearly a month for the replacement shirts to arrive. When the replacement shirts arrived, the logos were in the center of the shirt; however, they used so much ink the logos protruded from the shirt. Two of these replacement shirts also had ink stains on the sleeve and bottom of the shirt. Avoid this company like the plague. They are shady, their logos come out looking terrible, and they have terrible customer service.
