What a SPECIAL experience, wow!…read more I had my heart set on a Grace Loves Lace gown for monthssss- so this was the only boutique I booked a consultation at. We were greeted by the super sweet Taylor, who got us settled in and brought us some champagne, then I was assisted by Alexis. After helping me try on the gown I'd been pining after, she brought me a few completely different gowns to try for fun... and the third one was so stunning on me I CHANGED MY MIND! Alexis knewwww hahaha. Apparently the entire time we were having a blast, another bride had a meltdown and was yelling at the staff for being 6 mins late to helping them.. Alexis and Taylor were visibly short staffed and killing it, did not deserve a second of it... and managed to keep the magic alive for the other brides without skipping a beat. Talk about professionalism!!! All in all, such a special experience with my daughter and best friends that I will remember forever thank you Taylor, and a HUGE thank you to Alexis who completely made my day- I owe you for picking out the perfect wedding dress for me!!!!

BEYOND THE MOON EXPERIENCE!!…read more DeLayna, Nardos and the entire team at Nardos Design were absolutely breathtakingly fabulous for my daughter's first fitting! DeLayna went out of her way to create the most incredible moment! It brought tears and I'm still incredulous. She ran out, THE DAY OF, to get Prosecco, a dozen white roses and a gift bag full of cherished delights so my daughter would have an amazing fitting. After having terrible experiences, being a plus-sized bride-to-be, we pulled our business from one bridal salon. We had appointments at so many others around the country, but they were so -meh-. Every bride-to-be deserves a fabulous experience, you know? We were concerned and quite nervous after falling in love with Nardos Design online... until this fitting happened. What a moment! The experience was totally a dream! My daughter felt like a princess! The dress (muslin) was so incredible, we all cried (including her maid of honor who we were on FaceTime with)! I was so excited that I overshared a glimpse of the moment on my IG! Aaaaand ended up selecting the most incredible mother of the bride dress for myself! Thank you, DeLayna, Nardos, the entire ND team, as well as Veronica at CosBar (for all the items in that magnificent gift bag, darling!) and Junior Villanueva at The Garden Gate (for that elegant and delightful perfect dozen of white roses, my love). You are all GOD sent! If you're a bride-to-be or woman selecting a fabulous design for any reason, please make your moment incredible! Choose Nardos Design. This team gets it... They ooze the LOVE. And I can't thank them enough.

The last trip I made, I came in just for the final fitting with my shoes- thought we were good to go. The dress was shipped to our fashion designer who accepted it and got it all to the venue. When i got dress, it had not been hemmed- 5 inches too long. It had to be stapled or i would not have been able to wear it! When asked about the incident, she said I had not come in with my shoes which was simply not true. I paid a total of $4000 extra for alterations on a custom dress! She refused to take any responsibility for it and blamed it on me. I think she is an amazing designer, but i really got screwed-proceed with caution!

I was in town visiting my mom and we booked an appointment October 2021. I believe Natalie was my consultant and she was EVERYTHING. I absolutely recommend this shop for so many reasons: 1. The staff goes above and beyond to figure out what you love. 2. Such a wide variety of styles from simple and timeless to dramatic and statement. 3. Natalie was so knowledgeable about every designer I put on. She explained their style, where they're located, how they found inspiration. I mean I remember each piece and it led me to what I loved. The boutique is small and sweet. When I came home to California to try and find something similar I was surprised that this amazing experience was not duplicated in any way. Love this boutique and again wish I was in TX!

From the moment we arrived, the consultant seemed disengaged. There was minimal guidance or communication, and practically no assistance when trying on gowns--she simply handed me the dresses to put on myself, despite how difficult wedding dresses can be to manage alone. Throughout the appointment, she appeared far more engaged with other brides in the shop, frequently stepping away in the middle of our session to assist others without letting us know. It felt as though our appointment was not given the same attention or care as the other parties in the boutique. Additionally, another staff member repeatedly blocked my guests' view in the shared open viewing area with little consideration for our space.

It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one.
