She took the time to measure everything and even accounted for the specific types and sizes of clothing we owned. Because of her preparation, the design phase was productive and highly streamlined. To our delight, the installation date was actually moved up! The crew was efficient, tidy, and professional. A special shoutout to Cruz, who was incredibly polite and made the day entertaining--it's clear this team truly enjoys their craft. With fair pricing and high-quality results, we couldn't be happier.

Chris Larose is really the face of Closet Factory and truly, the best person to have representing this brand. He came by and spent a couple of hours mapping out our closets, the right trimming and color. I felt like he was super thorough and answered all of our questions. Chris came and met us mid Feb; quoted installation for March 11, which we were fine with but asked to be put on a list if there's a chance to install quicker. We were completely wow'd when we got the call that they moved up our installation date to Monday Feb 23rd!! Quoted for 2.5 days but it really took 1.5 days to install 3-4 closets. Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. Overall, the process was super easy, quick, and accommodating. One of the best perks is that the materials came from Costco, so having a Costco CC came in handy with the % of money back at the end of the year. Thank you Closet Factory!!

Tl;dr: Nicoll is AMAZING and clearly knows what she's doing when it comes to professionally…read moreorganizing your home! Read on below if you want more details about the whole process. So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!

The home required significant decluttering and reorganization, and this work was taking place while a loved one was experiencing a serious medical crisis and extended hospitalization. Emotions were high, decisions were layered, and the work itself carried real emotional weight. Madison met all of this with remarkable professionalism, clarity, and compassion. From the outset, she demonstrated exceptional leadership--setting a calm tone, creating structure where there was overwhelm, and guiding her team with confidence and respect. She handled a deeply cluttered and emotionally charged environment with care, discretion, and zero judgment, ensuring that both practical needs and human sensitivities were honored throughout the process. Her communication was clear and reassuring, her judgment impeccable, and her presence grounding during a time when many people involved were under significant stress. She didn't just organize a home--she created order, safety, and breathing room when it was urgently needed. If you are facing a complicated situation--especially one that intersects with illness, grief, or major life transition--I cannot recommend Madison and Results At Last highly enough. Their work goes far beyond decluttering. It is thoughtful, dignified, and deeply supportive. We are profoundly grateful.

We weren't hoarders but we have lived in the house 10 years and we were DROWNING in toys, acquired things and just old items that needed to be thrown out. It felt suffocating. While this wasn't the most pleasant experience (is purging ever?), the results of a cleaner more clear house was exactly what we (me, my husband and 2 children) needed. Madison knows right away what must go and what her team needs to do to get the most out of the day (5 hours of cleaning/sorting/purging), and they are very efficient and not scared to do the work. I almost went with another company that was more Instagram pretty but realized quickly they were slower, and the before and after pictures did not differ much. I def recommend Madison and team, ESPECIALLY if you live in a very cluttered San Francisco house. They are not afraid of the small living space, little storage and narrow stairs! They will help you feel like you can breathe again! I will post pictures when I get some from Madison, as I only have after and not before. We are taking a little break before they do the upstairs, to hopefully clear some things out on our own but I am eagerly waiting for when they can come again and finish up our home!

During the consult she walked through the spaces with me and asked me to share what I needed and what my goals were, and I told her a lot of the mess stemmed from issues with ADHD & depression. She was overwhelmingly understanding of my situation and was able to schedule me in fairly quick after the consult, and I feel like the quote she gave and the projected hours were reasonable given the project size. Sofia and Zoe on her team came to help organize and declutter and they were a pleasure to have over-- extremely kind and understanding overall. They checked in with me frequently and gave me recommendations for organization and how to keep things organized going forward. It's clear that Rachel and her team care about the projects they take on and the people that they're helping. I feel so much better in my bedroom and working in my office now-- They've made a tremendous difference for me, and I no longer feel ashamed of my space nor do I dread entering the rooms anymore. Everything feels more manageable now. A big thanks to Collector Care from me, would highly recommend!

After six sessions he's not only transformed my space but my relationship to it: my home is no longer a source of stress and chaos, but a sanctuary where I can fully unwind. I can now maintain a baseline of organization with ease, without needing long weekend cleaning sessions. I know where everything is and don't need to waste time searching for my things. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. Well, the story goes, I have a large closet/storage space that got out of control over time. It got bad. Disorganization, panic, a little bit of junk everywhere. Insert Kat. She came with a huge smile. Organized everything then asked me how I like it. Since I'm crazy, we spent about 15 minutes rearranging a couple things here and there until everything was perfect. The less interesting, other half of the story goes - I reached out to a few organization companies. Everyone was either busy for the next month, overpriced like crazy or got back to me two weeks later. Kat's not like that. It was super quick and easy to schedule a time with her and she's so reasonably priced! Hire Kat, she's so energetic, positive and gets the job done! Huge thank you to Kat for making the experience so seamless.

Our bedroom had a weird closet set up: one reach in closet and one tiny "walk-in" closet. They did a great job helping us make the most of our space and we've been able to store so much! More recently, we wanted to redo the closet in our guest bedroom as we prepare to turn it into a nursery. We asked if they could replicate the closet we had in our master bedroom, and they were able to do so easily. Both times they were able to get all of our parts quickly and were able to install within 2 weeks which was great. Installation was efficient too. They have a lot of color options for wood and hardwood and can help you choose options that fit your budget. We knew we didn't want plain white wood, so our consultant helped us pick a nice wood color that we could afford. Overall, I highly recommend The Tailored Closet to anyone!

Overall the outcome is positive. The new builtin furnitures completely transform our home to the next level. 1. Design (10/10) Designer Elyse worked with us closely and diligently to come up with great designs the blends both utility and beauties altogether. The best part of the design is to transform regular old closet to oversized builtin closets. 2. Customer Service (10/10) Owner (Nick) worked closely and patiently with us for resolve some unexpected production/installation related issues. He is very kind, polite and reasonable to work with. 3. Product (7.5/10) We wish the company has a showroom so we can see and touch the product earlier. I have to say the product itself is not at or near the top-tier. For example, the drawer's material is 0.5", compared with my kitchen's 0.625", which feels much solider. Also the construction of shaker doors is on the inexpensive side. 4. Installation (7.5/10) There are few issues with the installed product which you can see from the pictures I included. I was told by the crew some issues can't be fixed (in another word, that's the best they can do). Overall I gave 8/10 for the project. One thing to note is that their pricing is also lower than the top-tier quotes I have seen. So you should make your judgement based on your budget & expectation.
