We worked with Quality Closets Designs 6 years ago. They did our garage, three closets and shelves on the sides of TV. Everything is still in a great shape after 6 years and we were so happy with the outcome that we decided to use their service again in another property. It was easy to communicate with Arturo and Sarahi. They reply promptly, workers were always on time, work was perfectly done as planned and they cleaned very well after the work was done. I will definitely recommend their service and will use it again myself. read more

Wonderful closet company! Understood what design I needed for my closet and was right on. Excellent and quick installation too.

We got 5 bids for two small walk-in closets - one hallway and one in our primary bedroom - and we're thrilled with our experience with Quality Closets. From the start, Quality Closets had the fastest and most efficient communication. Arturo came by a few days after we contacted them to measure and talk through what we were looking for, followed up with multiple design options and a quote 1 business day later, and met over Zoom to answer any questions and make adjustments. Of all the companies we spoke with, Quality Closets had the most design flexibility, competitive pricing, and they were able to install within 2 weeks whereas all the others needed 6-10 weeks. Installation was a breeze - Rudi and the crew came on time, laid down blankets to cover their work area and installed both closets in 5 hours. They left everything sparkling clean and I was impressed that I couldn't find a single nick in our paint. Highly recommend! read more

From start to finish the experience is very professional. Highly recommend this business for closet needs. Arturo came for measurements. Following this I visited their office to look at the closets and door panel samples. Met Maria there who explained the technical details to me and helped me pick doors. Had another zoom call with Maria to review the design of the closet. She had a software which does a digital twin of the closet organization which gives a very good feel of what the closet will finally look like. We finalized the designs in this meeting. In about 3 weeks time the installation was scheduled. The team came on time, removed the existing system. Did a touch up of paint and installed the new system. The covered the floor to protect the floor. After installation, they cleaned the closets and vacuumed. They installed 3 closets in about 5 hours total. No chipped paint or botched workmanship. Overall very nice experience. Very good workmanship. read more

We bought our place in 2020 and it came with basic closets for all rooms. There was one hanging bar that runs throughout the closet and shelf above it. As a result of the minimal infrastructure, we had to buy organizers for the closets and dressers to arrange our clothes. We were thinking about a cabinet make over for a long time and requested quotes from Quality closets on Yelp. Q Closets was quick to respond and setup a consultation appointment. On the day of appointment we met Maria, the designed from Q Closets who showed up to inspect our exiting closets, discuss ideas and measure the closets. Maria spent a lot of time on each closet and the main questions she had for us were: 1. How do you plan to use this space? 2. What do you find lacking with the current state of the closet? 3. What would you like to see or have? She was smart, attentive and inquisitive. She was keen on understanding the customer's needs and ideas for the space. Her approach was simple and clear, what do you want from us and how can I make it happen. The interview/ consultation took a good 1-1.5 hrs for a project of 5 closets. Once the consultation was done, Maria came up with the design and sent us those along with a quote for the job via email. We set up a zoom call to discuss, understand and make changes to the project that we felt will work for us best. Maria was always quick and clear in her communications with us. Once we all agreed on the design, then we setup an installation date. The installation team showed up on the day of appointment at the correct time. They immediately got to work. Installation manager Rudy was also on site. The installation went without any issue, the team was quick to dismantle the existing hardware an install the new one. Once the installation was done, we were very happy, and we still are. Maria, Rudy and the Quality Closets team did an excellent job, and I recommend them 100% to anyone looking to redesign their closets. Thank you, Quality Closet Designs, for your wonderful service. Keep up the good work and awesome attitude!! read more

Excellent craftsmanship, very professional and prompt service! Very courteous staff. Recently got their service for a reach-in closet, a book cabinet, two shoe cabinets and a slat wall for hanging bikes. It all looks amazing and I would totally hire Quality Closets again for other projects in my home. Highly recommend them. read more

I pitched my project to several companies, and Quality Closets had the best combination of fast response time, lowest quote for what I wanted, and an early date to schedule installation. After the initial design, I did request a modification, and it turned out that the design was so modular that I could tailor the height of shelving to my specific wardrobe needs. I was even able to purchase an extra custom shelf for the new closet (though I have not picked that up yet). read more

Arturo designed our master closet a few years back, and we loved it, so we asked him to come back and do our garage. We went with cabinets on all three walls, a work station, drawers, lowered counter for a terrarium, ceiling mounted racking, and mixture of sliding/standard door cabinets. All his measurements were spot on, and we have a huge improvement in the look and usability of our garage space. read more

Very pleased with Quality Closets! It's been 6 months since the installation and we are still loving all the functionality for walk-in closet, sliding door closet, hall closet and mini pantry. They set up an appointment to measure everything, and came back with designs. I had some back and forth to optimize the space and design to my specifications, and they accommodated it all. I really liked: - having a split hall closet to accommodate a vacuum cleaner - recessed shelving at the top to make sure things were reachable when the doors internal closet height was above the door height - removing a shelf to work around a wall light - pantry drawers really enabled us to double the existing space by packing things really deep They got everything down within a day, were very careful with removing existing sliding doors, and even touched up the paint (using our existing paint, since the closets don't come with backing). They cleaned up and left the closets immaculate. The drawer mechanism works really smoothly, so much better than our old IKEA dressers! Highly recommend! read more

I LOVE my new closets! Arturo was the best priced out as well as the best designed of the several quotes I got. He was very prompt, communicated well and got the job done neatly and clean! The team came and wore mask during installation and didn't leave any mess behind. My closets were a such a disaster before and it was only time before the old shelves or bar would collapse. It was also Time to upgrade my plastic bin drawers into real ones. The new sleeves are very sturdy, the drawers are all deep and soft close, and the new metal clothes bars are adjustable which is great! I'm decluttering my belongings now into a much more neater space. I would totally recommend his services to organize your space. Time to Marie Kondo! read more

Quality closets was very easy to work with. Someone came by to the house to do a free estimate. They sent the design and price quote through email. After deciding that we will continue with the master closet project, just took only 2 weeks for them to install the closet. Communication through email with them is very fast too. On installation day, it only took about 4 hours for the workers to install the cabinet, they didn't leave any mess behind. I loved that the cabinets smelled like citrus after the installation and not the new sour furniture smell. I've asked different quotes from other companies, and quality closets is the best price we got and they work fast! read more

The workers who came to install were very respectful, followed COVID precautions and focused. We will return to use them for our other three closets as well as our garage. 100% recommend them, don't hesitate. PS: we quoted a few other closet places as well, they can't be beat in price and quality. read more

Quality Closets Designs - New walk in closet. Great job - Home Organization Near Me - Santa Clara, California

The team here did a great job on redoing our master bedroom closet and kitchen pull-outs! They were one of the only companies that offered both services. On top of that, their pricing was the best out of the 5 total top rated companies I researched for the job in the South Bay Area. The front office lady was helpful and punctual in her responses and the 2 guys that came to do the work were diligent and stayed late to finish the job. There were a few minor things I wanted adjusted when they were done, but they did it with a smile. I really appreciate the great work and will be sending any friends and family I have your way whenever they need this type of service. read more

Just had our Wall Vanity and Walk In Closet completed by Quality Closets and we are SO happy with their work. We interviewed 3 other companies that were reputable and we just really liked how Arturo listed to us. He understood what we wanted, wasn't trying to upsell us and made things as easy as possible. We did a whole wall vanity and a customized a walk in closet and we are so happy with how things turned out. The installation crew is very professional, Maria made it easy to schedule appointments and provided prompt payment updates, details of appointments, etc and Rudy were all so wonderful to ensure the project was done to my liking. Last week we did our main bedroom closet to start with. From the start of the design, I went back and forth, with Angelica for the design, she was quite flexible and cooperative. I had been to the office to finalize the color; Rudy and all the team members over there were excellent. The workers Came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently to install it. And they followed COVID precautions and focused and only one of them could understand English. Unfortunately, my bad, I Don't Remember the workers' names. We are very satisfied with the work and will return to use them for our garage. 100% recommend Quality Closet. read more

Hired them after 10 yrs again for the second time for our garage cabinets. Their previous work on our closets was top notch and they look as good as new. I got 3 quotes from other major popular names who advertise a lot and their quote was the most reasonable and gave the most flexibility for each of my asks i.e using handles I bought and picking my own counter material and custom design help. I'm so glad I picked them since their lead time was super quick compared to the other 2 quotes from larger companies and the others were atleast 25% more for not-so-great material and zero flexibility. The cabinets in Folkestone pale gray are beautiful quality. They are super responsive and patient despite being really busy. I will definitely hire them for any other work. read more

We synced over emails to come up with the designs and the settings for the master as well as the other bedroom closets. It was very easy to communicate despite getting it done during covid times. I like the cabinet they installed. Quality is good and they are responsive. Overall good.

Quality Closets did an amazing job for me. The team is very professional and the quality of work is super. I got closets for two of my reach-in closets and I needed them soon. Not only they provided me quality service in very short time frame, but the price was very reasonable too. Then installers came home on time they really knew their job well. The covered all my carpet all the way to third floor with blankets to make sure nothing gets dirty even cleaned the garage before leaving. They even did minor paint touchups needed after installing the closets, which I would not expect in general. So, this company really makes sure that they go an extra mile to provide the amazing service. I am planning to use them for more closet work in my house. Truly a five-star deserving company. read more

Arturo did a really good job for my closet. Text messaged him for a quote, and he accommodated my quote same day. He measured, gave the price, and we set a date for assembly. I did not consider other companies quote, because I like Arturo right away. I feel like he is very honest, polite, and communicative. I think his price is fair and straight forward. He took note of all my requests and the closet came out just how I imagined. His team cleaned the closet from all the assembly dust, and touched up some paint where it's needed. There are a few flaws, but I think it's not a big deal. They are just wood and paint, so I think it's normal. read more

This business is so professional and efficient. They installed a Master Closet for me in 2022 as part of a major home remodel. I am very pleased with the closet. Recently one of the drawers in one of the built-in dressers would not close all the way. I could not get my hand behind it, nor could I figure out how to pull the drawer all the way out. I was sure something had fallen behind it. I recently reached out to them to see if they could come and fix it and if it was covered under some kind of warranty, and they promptly scheduled a site visit. When I asked my husband if he would be home during the window of time that they provided (apparently I hadn't mentioned to him that the drawer wasn't closing), he told me to hold off and he would check the drawer himself. He was quickly able to find and retrieve the item that had fallen behind the drawer, and now it is closing find. My reason for this review is to make people who are looking for a new closet aware of how great this business is, and to encourage them to check this place out. They are reasonable and very accommodating. I could not be happier. read more

Quality Closets did a amazing work! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were able to come to my home for an estimate within a few days of my call to them. They sent over draft designs within a couple of days including a couple of different design options for me to choose from. They had useful options like a pull out belt rack, a jewelry tray for drawers and more. The quote was much more reasonable than others I received so I chose to go with them. I had them install closet oranizers to my primary bedroom walk in closet, a small hallway closet and a small closet in my kitchen. They really helped me to maximize the space that I have. They showed up right on time for install day and cleaned everything up perfectly. I decided to change the size of one of the shelves in the hall closet after it was installed and they came back and made the change for me. My home is older, and the walls are not very straight. Closets are all strangely shaped. With that, it's hard to fit anything into them cleanly and they looked awful. I did a walk in closet design with Quality closets and it turned out INCREDIBLE. If you were like me and were looking at all the custom closet options out there, from Cal closets to Container store to other custom makers, stop looking, these are your people. No-one else will beat them on price (not even come close), and they truly do care about customizing it exactly to your taste. The team worked patiently with my many design idea updates and alterations and custom requests, such as LED channel cutouts. While they don't install LEDs (though they did offer to after working through my design, so maybe they would consider it? Though, this closet was part of a renovation so I had all the wires in the walls already placed by an electrician. ) they were perfectly happy to route channels so that my LEDs could sit flush into the panels. Lastly, after installation, there were some minor tweaks and fixes that I wanted, and they did not hesitate at all to come right back out and fix everything to what I wanted to. Their communication could be a bit more prompt, but none the less the project turned out amazing, and we're very happy. I would use Quality closets again and I would recommend them to everyone. read more

We shopped around for closet designs / installation for almost 2 months but no one was available to install before Feb '21. We just moved into our new home and couldn't have completed the unpacking without getting the closets and pantry done. Thats when I stumbled upon Quality Closets, and called Arturo. He said he would be able to design and install our closets, as well as pantry in a week's time - I couldnt believe it and honestly was a bit paranoid initially when we signed a contract with him. Arturo made it happen! We finalized the designs via zoom call and within a week's time, he installed closets in two of our bedrooms AND the pantry. His team was very professional and wore masks throughout the installation phase. They completed the installation within 1.5 days. And the material is exactly what other companies were offering us! Plus its tough to beat his pricing. We are super happy with his work, and would highly highly recommend Quality Closets for your closet needs! read more
