I was happy that he was available on the following Saturday. He scheduled at a convenience time for us. Ilia kept us in the loop with his ETA. He diagnosed the freezer and knew exactly what it was. The $80 dollars that we spent for him to come over was put towards the repair and parts. Two days later he came back with the parts and told me it would probably take around 4 hours, and surprisingly he was done in three. Ilia was neat and polite and I highly recommend him to anybody that needs their appliance repaired.

We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism during the application process. We submitted our application the same day we saw the apartment, but it took two weeks for the manager to inform us that we didn't qualify. During that time, we were repeatedly left in the dark and had to follow up ourselves, including reminding him to contact our references. The first thing people see is pictures on the internet. She told me" I don't do professional pictures. They're not worth the money." That really wasn't a request. Her attitude was very off putting to say the least. She then told me that my land isn't very valuable because its not flat and city people are the ones buying in the Poconos and they want flat land like the city. Well we're city people and the reason we bought the house was because it was unique and unlike the city. She also said the house has steps and nobody wants a house with steps to the driveway. She valued my house and property at $80,000. When I told her my price she laughed and said that would just be a waste of everyone's time. I listed with another realtor for $114,900.00. I sold the house for $112,000.00. I had 51 showings in 60 days. My advice would be to find another realtor.
