The first thing people see is pictures on the internet. She told me" I don't do professional pictures. They're not worth the money." That really wasn't a request. Her attitude was very off putting to say the least. She then told me that my land isn't very valuable because its not flat and city people are the ones buying in the Poconos and they want flat land like the city. Well we're city people and the reason we bought the house was because it was unique and unlike the city. She also said the house has steps and nobody wants a house with steps to the driveway. She valued my house and property at $80,000. When I told her my price she laughed and said that would just be a waste of everyone's time. I listed with another realtor for $114,900.00. I sold the house for $112,000.00. I had 51 showings in 60 days. My advice would be to find another realtor.

We called Jim several times over many days (with questions we had as buyers) and texted him as well with not ONE return call or text. Jim's voicemail was very specific on their hours (Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm) and how he wouldn't respond outside those hours, but my agent called him within his own parameters with no response. We did receive minimal responses via email after emailing Jim, but they were very obviously the same emails he sent to all of the buyers' agents. Jim's communication does not represent the professionalism of a GOOD real estate agent who is there for his clients, whether they be sellers or buyers. I believe people should know when someone isn't doing their job, and realtors HAVE to communicate in order to do theirs.
