Working with my husband and I could not have been a tougher challenge for any real estate agent…read more We were first time home buyers, moving from out of state, looking for a "special home" that we couldn't really describe, didn't have any of our paperwork ready to go when we started searching, and also had to move as soon as possible. But even though any other agent would have walked away from working with us, Brian Peterson of Bulldog Realty dedicated himself to helping us from day one. Within the first day of showing us property, he opened the door to our perfect forever home. Brian was beyond attentive to every detail, giving us the kind of personal attention that a family member would deliver. By closing day, Mr. Peterson really was like family. He had to navigate dealing with an inconsiderate seller and a very difficult listing agent as well as time constraints from the Thanksgiving holiday. He never once missed a step. He informed us of the progress everyday and went out of his way to make sure that we understood the process that we were absolutely clueless about. We give our strongest recommendation for anyone looking to buy or rent a home to work with Brian Peterson. Honestly, if you're in his area, you would be insane not to give him a call. Unless you don't want to work with an agent who is professional, knowledgeable, kind, honest, and fast...

AVOID dealing with Barbara Miller at all cost! Her word means nothing…read more We negotiated an offer with her, and she gave us verbal agreement that the seller accepted our offer. She said she'll have the seller's signature by the morning. Lo and behold, she ghosted us for 3 days, and came back on the 4th day saying that another buyer placed an offer, and that we would need to raise our offer if we wanted to get the house!! Basically, she wanted to start a bidding war. We declined to participate in her dirty games and withdrew our offer. Just in case you didn't catch this, she was showing the house AFTER she gave us her word and AFTER she received a written contract from us that was just waiting on the seller's signature. Save yourself the headache and find another realtor. You've been warned.

Inventory was getting scooped up, and we were relieved to meet Janet Ferraro, who brought experience, knowledge, patience and a determination to help us move into our dream home and do it quickly. We were met with some challenges: COVID-19 visitation requirements, a remote seller, delays in the title search and closing date, etc. but Janet calmly and professionally continued to steer our ship, and got us into our home when we had hoped. While I can look back and wish circumstances this year had been different, one of the few things I wouldn't change is meeting and working with Janet.
